I’ve been having personal training sessions with Riccardo for a period. He’s not only a professional trainer but a good friend as well. I’m on my way achieving the goal I set at first. Highly recommended!

Riccardo has been training me for around 6 weeks and I have found him to be professional and highly knowledgable on both the exercise aspect and the nutrition side of things. He also has a great understanding of the part that psychology plays in the success of any training programme. I recently hit a plateau and he helped me understand that this is part of the weight loss/fitness process and not that the programme is not working. Prior to this, this is point at which I would have given up. Riccardo keeps the training exercises new and fresh every time and he pushes me way beyond what I think I am capable of. Riccardo is a trainer who is 'all in' with his clients. He doesn't just turn up and count reps (I mean he does do that as well), he is 100% focused on my fitness goals and how best to achieve them. For me, Riccardo is the gamechanger in my approach to fitness, he keeps me accountable and motivated and I have never been more optimistic about my ability to achieve my goals.

Riccardo was an incredible find, I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone. He is able to make you feel entirely comfortable whilst also pushing you and motivating you when you need it. I particularly liked his science-based approach to diet and nutrition, he was able to dispel a lot of myths and misinformation I had heard of and gave me well-structured, well-researched advice to complement my training. Finally, he is familiar with a vast number of exercises and techniques, which meant we were able to work around my pre-existing issues and still exercise all muscle groups.

Riccardo is highly knowledgable, always professional, very friendly and a pleasure to work with. I am not one for writing reviews, but for Riccardo it is a must, so I have to make an exception. Riccardo is hands down, I repeat, hands down the best trainer out there. Unlike my previous PTs, he is not in it for the money but he has a true passion towards fitness and helping people train to become the best versions of themselves. He is the only trainer with whom, already from day 1 I connected and was therefore sure I would reach my full body transformation (I am now 7 months into my fitness journey and I am starting to see a huge change in my physique). With Riccardo, you just know you will get there because his knowledge of when to bulk, when to cut, along with his nutrition-related advice is unparalleled. And most importantly, he is available 24/7 on WhatsApp to answer any questions (and I ask many!). Riccardo, never stop being a PT! Keep changing lives.
