If you are like me and not necessary gym buff then this studio is for you. It is friendly, the fitness instructors are very professional and helpful to your specific requirements. They talk about both your diet and your health, it has made a world of difference to me and I highly recommend this place

Visiting friend in London and Alex kindly fitted me in as a one off session. I normally have a PT trainer back in Cambridge, so was n't sure what to expect. However, Alex was brilliant he tailored the session extremely well. I can highly recommend this gym without reservation. If I lived in London I would definitely use this gym.

I've been working out with Keith for nearly a year, and I'm really pleased with the transformation in me. My physical condition has improved a great deal, but I also feel extremely motivated to carry on the fitness programme in my own time. Keith is incredibly helpful in this respect, he is completely supportive of my following my own programme, and never twists my arm in to more sessions than I can afford! I say this because I've worked with other trainers in the past who were far less scrupulous :) He is very happy to take it to the level of detail that I can cope with, so we started with basic dietary advice, but moved in to more advanced planning for macronutrients intake, and the right supplements for maximum bang for buck. At the moment he is even helping me put together an eating plan for my parents who want to drop a few pounds, and all out of the goodness of his heart. If you were to ask me, I would heartily recommend Keith as a trainer, because I'm getting the results I want and a lot of added value besides.

I've started working Right Path Fitness a month ago and can say - keith who i have started with knows what he is doing. Being inactive for most of my life, after initial consultation he designed training program focusing on steady progress, losing weight, changing my diet - all that without harming myself. I was avoiding going to gyms as I didn't know what to do there. When training with Keith I see the progress, he motivates me to push even more.
I have to say it's not easy at all, he is a demanding personal trainer - he will always push me just a bit more then my limit - and I feel great afterwards.
If you're looking to start changing your shape, life style, diet - Keith is your man. He is a personal training Rockstar!

I've been coming here for about a month now I am super glad I started. I've been mainly doing the classes, which are all small, well planned out and varied. Probably the best part about the classes is the individualized coaching, The trainers are great at helping us and also to make sure to help and push you through any mental barriers that might be in your way. I'd highly recommend this gym to everyone in the area. They have all the training equipment you could ever want.

This is the first gym I've joined a fitness center and I really like it! The staff is super friendly and I love the environment of the place. I feel super comfortable going in and jumping on the machines. It feels like a comfy place to move and workout. Superb place full of positive vibes.

I joined Right Path Fitness a couple of months ago. This place was right near my house, just to check out how it works I went and I've loved it from that moment. The membership in this gym is also quite nominal and also provides various other offers on membership.I almost go everyday for 1 hour workout and I’am always pleased by the friendliness of the other members and the staff. I been overweight for years now and I had gym memberships at various other gyms but it didn't work!!! And then gradually I gave up on myself. I went to this Gym with my friend just to see the environment and that's the best decision I have ever made I get treated like family where everyone is so supportive and supports me alot!!
