Best group I've ever come across. Just completed my first 8WL with amazing results - lost over 4kg and a dress size down with not fad diets! Its all about knowledge and accountability and once you know its simple. The support is fantastic and my only regret is not having found Rob sooner! Will be continuing with Rob for months to come 😃

I am so glad I found Rob, I joined up needing accountability, support and guidance, thats exactly what I got, Rob gave me a brilliant consultation before signing up, we spoke about my goals, and took each day as it came I have been with Rob 6 months and its the best thing I did, I assure you, you won't be disappointed. I'm at a place now where I'm confident and have so much knowledge behind me with food choices. The groups you will join helps loads, everyone is so helpful and there's always suggestions. I’ve just completed my second round with Rob and after trying several diets, fads and goodness knows what else, I’ve finally managed to shift most of the extra baggage I’ve been trying to shift for years. His workouts are manageable and maintainable (unlike many of the others) and really are for all abilities. I’m finally feeling more confident and comfortable in my clothes, but best of all I feel I now have the knowledge to not slip back into old ways and maintain a heathy weight and lifestyle.
I completely recommend Rob & 8 weeks lean to anyone looking to make positive changes.

I've just completed my 8WL and I'm sitting here over a stone lighter and feeling fantastic and motivated to stay fit and healthy. The program really got me thinking in a different way about several things, which is great, as you can't get lasting change if you keep doing things the old way (which didn't work). Rob (the Ginger Voice!) and the team are a constant source of motivation, straight talking & support. It's fun too (very important!). No BS, they know what they're talking about and there's genuine warmth and a desire to help clients change their lives for the better and achieve their goals in a way that's sustainable. I loved the support of the community, connecting with others experiencing similar challenges, support when times are tough, cheers when you hit a goal. I really appreciated that aspect of the program, it helped me stay on track to share and know I wasn't alone. And fabulous to see all these amazing people make such incredible changes! Lots of encouragement that you can get where you want to go, no matter what your starting point is. For me, it got me back on track in a big way, and I've really enjoyed it. What can I say - Rob keeps it real - 8week lean is a great programme which can be fitted into your lifestyle - the support is incredible and even on days when life becomes hectic Robs voice is still in the back of your head spurring you on and squashing the excuses. I’d highly recommend this programme - it works!!!

I have just completed my first 8 Week Lean and I would thoroughly recommend it. Rob and the team are fantastic and really motivating. I’ve learnt so much about nutrition, exercise, having a positive mindset and lifestyle change. So much help and advice is given, the workouts are only 20 minutes and I feel so much healthier physically and mentally since I joined. The 8WL Community is fantastic too, really encouraging and everybody is so supportive of one another. I would definitely recommend this group to everybody!!

I joined 8 weeks ago and I absolutely love the group run by Rob. The group is so supportive and no question is too silly. I have learnt a lot more about nutrition and learnt to love exercise again. The workouts are fab as most are 20 mins long which is doable for anyone. The group has also given me more confidence and my mindset is certainly in a better place after having a tough year so far. My body shape has changed quite a bit in just 8 weeks so I cannot wait to continue my journey with the group 🥰

Sign up NOW! I can not recommend Rob and 8WL enough!! I have always been a "yo-yo" dieter looking for the next quick fix in my goals hence having been part of Slimming World a few years ago. I will NEVER go back there. I feel so much more confident in myself and have a lot more knowledge to reach my goals. Rob actually cares about people and not only how much weight they have or haven't lost in a week. I am so happy that I found Rob and 8 week lean!

I have just finished my first 8 week lean group and what an eye opener! I've been a yo-yo dieter for years and always struggled with my weight. Numerous gym memberships never seemed to do the trick and I could never get the motivation to go regularly. Then my brother introduced me to Rob's programme and I really haven't looked back. I've seen more progress in the last 8 weeks than I have in years. I feel good and I look good which has massively boosted my self confidence. Since going through the menopause I have struggled with my weight. All the things that used to work stopped working. I put on over a stone. I was miserable and my clothes didn't fit. Then i found Rob. He gave me the encouragement I needed to start the 8 week lean program. Since then the progress I have made with fitness and fat loss has been amazing. Rob's constant no nonsense encouragement and information is such a breath of fresh air. If you are thinking about joining Rob DO IT. I am excited to be continuing on my journey with Rob.
