Robert has been brilliant in working with my specific needs and truly understands what is necessary to help me meet my goals. I have been seeing Robert for 3 months and have seen a notable improvement in my body shape and strength. His detailed approach to fitness plans has exceeded my expectations and i have grown in strength fairly quickly which has subsequently really helped me in other areas of my 'fitness life' such as my yoga practice. He is always at hand when needed, responds to messages quickly and is really good in making you feel motivated. His prices are affordable and he works from a great gym with everything you need.

I've been working with Rob for 3 months and it's been brilliant experience. He is a passionate and driven PT with a lead by example approach.
He is clear with instructions and upfront with good communication. He is felixable with his time to accommodate. His sessions are affordable.
My strength, posture, and confidence has improved in the 12 weeks in a way that is motivating me to keep up the commitment to my fitness.
Rob has been supportive and adaptive with my programme that fits with my mood, energy levels, and taking care with any physical aches and pains to avoid injury.
I have maintained a 2 day a week session for 12 weeks which has been a first in my "fitness journey". We are working towards a 3 day a week programme over the next few months and will be continuing to work with Rob on an on going basis.

I found Robert to be an excellent trainer and his sessions are as educational as they are enjoyable. I developed muscle size and good tone after some intense sessions and that was my aim. One thing that did impress me was that Robert knew when to work me hard and when to give me time to relax and recuperate. His dietary and nutritional advice was invaluable and I would not hesitate in recommending him to colleagues.

I always enjoy working with Robert, whether it be training sessions or through the contributions he makes to the lifestyle sections of the magazines I edit. I was impressed with Robert's knowledge of exercise and nutrition straight away and that he did not go into massive details about it's benefits, but kept it simple for me to understand. Robert is a 5 star Personal Trainer. I was kind of lost when I decided to start working out, I had never exercised before, but I knew I had to start exercising to get healthier and also loose the weight I needed. Choosing the right person to help me through this process was not easy, but I definitely made the right choice. Robert is an excellent professional and made the whole process a lot easier than I was expecting, he knows your strengths and weaknesses and knows when to push you or take it easy. I can see myself getting stronger, healthier and slimmer every week. I definitely recommend him, excellent professional and I'm having more fun with each session and finally enjoying working out.
