Since I have been training with Roger, I have become stronger, leaner and I'm in the best shape ever in my life , the Frampton Method is so effective and unique being a perfect combination of gymnastics, yoga and bodyweight training. Roger is the most inspirational and knowledgable body weight coach and is so patient, with an encouraging coaching style and I have learnt so much from him during every session. I really look forward to every enjoyable session where I achieve progression through corrective technique and good form. He has helped me achieve my fitness goals, and has provided positive encouragement to me every step of the way especially after a stressful day at work. Roger is by far the most incredibly talented and best body weight coach with vast knowledge and has a great understanding of the body. Very highly recommended. Roger is a fitness genius .

I was recommended to Roger and have never looked back. Where I got aches and twinges using free weights, I'm pain-free with The Frampton Method. Roger is so patient and professional, but so much fun to train with as well. While I used to work out to look good, now I train towards being able to do pistol squats, handstands, front/back levers, muscle ups... Best thing is, I'm in better shape than ever. I can't sing Roger's praises enough.
