I started seeing Ryan in November, planning to just have a couple of sessions to get me feeling more comfortable in the gym- I’ve ended up seeing him twice a week for the last four months and have looked forward to each of my sessions.
Ryan is dynamic, approachable and hugely informative. His impact on my body, stamina and physical and mental health have been remarkable.
Ryan created a bespoke workout plan for me which included different exercises each session, which kept the training fun and exciting. Even as someone that can be quite anxious and self conscious in a gym environment I have always felt comfortable and confident with Ryan.
I cannot recommend him highly enough!

I’ve trained with Ryan for just over 5 months and he is by far the best person trainer in the game. He has a huge amount of knowledge which tied together with his friendly approach makes every session a joy. He created a bespoke workout plan for me to complete and ensured our sessions were tailored to my goals. We have done a various range of exercises from HIIT to strength training to boxing. If you are looking to start your journey or want someone to push you further then I cannot recommend Ryan enough.

Ryan is a fantastic trainer who has helped me achieve my goals, during the pandemic Ryan was always advising me on what exercises I could do at home and my eating habits.
Last year I injured my back,I was unable to train for 6 months, Ryan was very supportive during my recovery he worked closely with my chiropractor to ensure that once I was back to train, I wouldn’t be doing any harm to my back.
My sessions with Ryan are always fun, he is able to adapt exercises to my capabilities.

I trained with Ryan for over a year, and only stopped because, sadly, I moved too far away. I really miss it! My fitness and body confidence levels were the highest they’d ever been.

Ryan approaches every session with creative and effective exercises. I never feel like sessions are repetitive and time always goes so quickly!! I've made progress with my weight loss and seen significant change in my strength, techniques and form. He also practices what he preaches in terms of diet, fitness regimes and discipline. Ryan has been a brilliant trainer for me - over the course of the last 5 months we have made great strides towards building a strong body. Our workouts are diverse- boxing, HIIT, and traditional resistance training with a focus on nutrition and overall wellbeing.

Ryan Is a great trainer, been training with him for a couple years. When I started I didn't know much about weights or dieting but he has helped me tremendously. I train with him once a week and have progressd a lot.

I'm 50+ and decided I needed to do something to combat years of sitting at a desk. I started training on my own, and frankly wasn't making much progress. Several months ago I started training with Ryan and the effects were noticeable very rapidly. I have several joint issues and he has worked around my limitations nicely, including the last few months while I recovered from knee surgery on a pre-existing cartilage problem.
I was doubtful about what a PT could offer - it's just lifting weights up and down, right? - but I've been proved wrong and also enjoy every session. Nice guy with a lot to offer.
