I have been training with Sam for a few months having started as a complete beginner and have loved learning the movements and doing workouts with Sam once a week. Sam explains everything clearly, we have fun and do a great variety of things each week. The Yard is a great place to do sessions and I highly recommend Sam as a PT. I look forward to my sessions and have seen big improvements in my strength and technique. Thank you Sam!

Sam was great and recommend to anyone looking for a PT. I did a few of the 8 session blocks and definitely saw my overall strength and fitness improve. The other benefit I had was learning new techniques that I have taken into my regular workouts. Fun but very professional. 5 stars.

I've been seeing Sam for few years now and she's helped me build strength, fitness and confidence. She'll always push you but always create a workout based around your goals and exercises you love. She is super focused on your form, so you go away doing workouts on your own knowing you aren't going to get injured either!

Sam is exceptional! Her programming is always varied and challenging and she’s extremely knowledgable. She’s helped me get into the best shape of my life, but as well as that, her approach encourages you to feel confident and strong and she’s helped me conquer goals I’d never have felt able to smash alone.
