I cannot recommend Samuel enough. He really knows his stuff. Not only does Samuel have an excellent knowledge of the actual training and mechanics behind the movements (helpful in preventing injury), he has trained for competitions so he knows exactly what is involved to get the fitness model physique, such as nutrition and recovery. A lot of other PT’s will only focus on the training and ignore those two other vital aspects.
Lastly, I really enjoy my training sessions with Samuel, he is a great motivator and really pushes you to that extra level.
Attached is a picture of my gym progress after two months of training. I’m excited to see how good a physique I can build as I continue my training with Samuel.

Sammy has been a delightful and professional personal trainer. I have had quite a few personal trainers up to date and Sammy is definitely the best one out of them all! I particularly have issues with my lower back which Sammy carefully tailored our sessions to always keep that in mind and really focussed on posture when working out. Within a week I had less back pain to none when working out with him and following the guided self workouts too.
Apart from being a great PT, he was a very open and interesting person to talk to. I feel he could strike up a conversation with anyone. I looked forward to our sessions and felt better when I left each session knowing I did something. He pushes you to the max you can handle and it’s not a bad thing, it’s great!
Unfortunately I have moved area otherwise I would have loved to continue with Sammy. Highly recommend him.

Best trainer I’ve ever had! Started training with Sam last year before lockdown and continued virtually since. Lost sign significant weight, got fitter and even started jogging again. My fitness journey with Samuel started totally by coincidence, I was searching on Google to find a personal trainer in the Bermondsey area and Samuel’s very professional website popped up.
I was hesitant to contact a personal trainer whom I found on the internet rather than a referral, but I contacted him nevertheless and am very happy that I did so.
Even on our first consultation call it was clear that Samuel is not only expert on full body training but also healthy eating / living and how they complement each other. After our initial call we set up a consultation session and I made up my mind that Samuel was the personal trainer I was looking for.
It has been more than 6 months now since I have started working with him. One of the best things I like is that he helps me to get my mind right, as much as getting me stronger and fitter.
I like the variety of the exercises he offers for full body work out. Every time I train with him, he adds a new exercise in our routine and makes me enjoy the training.
He is extremely knowledgeable: he has passion and patience to explain why we are training in the way we are, and which part of my body needs to get stronger and how we will get there. No matter how long it takes for me to get the right posture, the right way to do the exercise, Samuel takes time to explain and help me practice.
He pushes me to be better without being exhausted or injuring myself. Each week he gradually increases the intensity and weights we use, and I can’t believe how I came to easily liftt those heavy dumbbells. He knows how to motivate and pushes me to new limits.
His workouts are challenging, his studio is a great space to practise and inspire. Every time I leave his studio, I feel empowered with a great energy.
I am so pleased I found his website and contacted him and gave this chance to myself. He is the most professional, kind, passionate and amazing coach I could ever work with.

I’ve been training with Samuel for more than two years now. He was the main reason I joined my current gym (following him from a different one).
I struggled before with being motivated and constant with my training but Samuel does a great job at keeping the workouts varied and entertaining.
He adapted the training to the different injuries I’ve had during the last months (falling while roller blading), up to the point that I am looking forward to train with him (even on Saturday mornings at 8:00 AM!!)
I can’t remember a single time he cancelled an appointment without letting me know days in advance.

I never do PT sessions but Samuel definitely knows how to look after his client best way possible. Eight months ago, I moved from the US to London and was looking for a way to stay fit in a new and foreign environment. I signed up for a membership at Thirdspace Tower Bridge and explained that I was looking for a personal trainer that can help me achieve my weight loss goals by finding a workout regime that works for me. I have trained with personal trainers before... but the workout plans were boring and I never continued with them after a month in the gym.
And then I started training with Samuel. Let it be known that Samuel isn't just a trainer - he's a personal trainer.. meaning your sessions with him are personally tailored to suit your needs and goals (this is something many personal trainers that I've worked with lose sight of). Yes - my goal was to achieve weightloss, but I wasn't going to achieve that implementing the same program he was recommending to his other clients with different body types and lifestyles. Additionally, the programs he created for me were a lot of FUN! I used to be SOOO intimidated by the weight room (and all the burly men who knew how to work the machines :)) but I have come to learn that weight training is my favorite form of exercise because it's not stagnant (like running on a treadmill).
Samuel is also very personable and he listens very well. We have built an excellent rapport and I look forward to my training sessions with him because he makes training fun (and therefore sustainable). His personality and the way he interacts with his clients cultivates a very comfortable environment, which is very important for those new to training, because its' a "safe" workout zone - you don't feel judged and you don't feel inadequate. He's also always open to incorporating different exercises into your program. For example: I saw a pair boxing at the club while we were working out, and that's what prompted him to add 20 minutes of boxing to our sessions - what a great stress reliever!
I'm leaving London to move back to the states at the end of this month, but I can honestly say that training with Sam has truly motivated me to keep training. I have also lost 7kg since training with him but the real difference is how my body feels and how my clothes fit. I have achieved a leaner frame and am excited to continue the training with the foundation Samuel has helped me establish! I haven't convinced him to move his business to Chicago, but you can bet I'll be in search of a trainer that's just like him. Top notch - give him a call and you will not be disappointed!

We started in August 17 and in Jan 18 I signed up for my 1st marathon (London). I ended up running 3 marathons in April / May 18.
