I started training at Sound Fitness in January and I have been really impressed right from the beginning - responsive, reliable, and great communication from Stuart, very clear about the training plans and related costs involved, in addition to interest in knowing what my fitness goals are, and previous and current experience of exercise. The studios are clean and well equipped, and the PT sessions I've had so far with Stuart and Gareth are always well planned, varied, hard work but enjoyable! I am already feeling the benefits of my PT sessions and look forward to the sessions each week. Would highly recommend!

Stuart and his team at Sound Fitness have been a tremendous support in helping me to become more active. I've noticed a huge difference in my fitness levels and generally feel healthier since starting sessions. Stuart and the team made me feel very comfortable and at ease when taking part in the workouts. For someone who always feels self-conscious in gym environments this is a perfect alternative. It's a safe space to be active and to not worry about looking silly or having many eyes on you. The team are very knowledgeable and keep workouts fresh and exciting. The sessions are always different with a variety of exercises which are enjoyable. Over time there has been a noticeable difference in how much I am able to do and the praise Stuart and his team constantly give is motivating. I have been training with Sound Fitness twice a week for just over a month now and would highly recommend it. Stuart and the other trainers are kind, motivating and supportive and really take the time to get to know you and understand your goals. I cannot recommend Sound Fitness enough! Having had a few personal trainers, I can honestly say that Stuart is an amazing Personal Trainer, he is equipped with all the knowledge, motivation and support to help you me reach my goals.
I have one to one sessions a few times a week and I love how flexible Stuart is around my work schedule. If I am ever unable to attend the studio, Stuart will do a live online session with me to unsure I’m am staying on track. He is also always on hand to advise me on my nutrition and the monthly recipe books are a great addition.
I love the privacy of the studio (nobody is watching you unlike in the gym) and the equipment is always well maintained and there's enough of it to always keep the workouts varied.
Even when I have fallen out of routine for things like holidays or illness, Stuart always checks in and is always on hand for support and advice.
Highly recommend him to anyone who needs help along their fitness journey.

I have been training at Sound Fitness for about 18 months; firstly in the well-equipped studio and then online via personal training sessions with Stuart from March. I hadn't been in a gym for about 20 years, and I have asthma, so I was really apprehensive before I started. I shouldn't have worried - from the very start Stuart has been excellent in supporting and encouraging me to become stronger and fitter. His personal but professional approach really works and I am absolutely amazed at how much I can do now; I did not think it was possible. He still pushes me just as hard in an online session, and it is incredible how much work you can do with resistance bands. I now do 3 online sessions per week. I highly recommend Sound Fitness, especially to anyone out there who is nervous about the thought of a gym - you won't regret it, give it a go!

I’ve been training with Stuart, and occasionally Daisy for about 3 months now. I feel 100x better in myself. Physically and mentally. We’ve been beset with being in and out of lockdowns and Sound has found a way to keep me going throughout, with the lending of equipment and moving to online and outdoor training where possible.
When not in lockdown, the studio itself has everything you could need and Stuart’s professionalism and guidance is fantastic.

I've been doing two one-to-one sessions a week with Stu at Sound Fitness for the past couple of months and its been fantastic; a much needed release and challenge where I can apply my energy during lockdown. The lads at Sound fitness are great to work with, Ive just finished my 8 week programme with them and I am delighted with the results. I’m 10kg lighter!! The training is tough but enjoyable, they really cater to your current fitness levels and improve them massively. The meal plans are easy to follow and offers a good variety of tasty options. Both Stuart and Kyle have trained me over the 8 weeks, the sessions are never exactly the same no matter who’s training me. They are both very knowledgeable, and very friendly and approachable guys. I signed up unfit, overweight and with chronic back issues. The 1-2-1 training in a private studio helped me overcome the fear I had of working out publicly in a gym. After a few months I'm now many kilograms, several inches and BMI points down. My back doesn't hurt anymore and best of all I feel so much better. Stuart is a great motivator. Work outs are varied and keep me engaged. Their food plans are a great way to improve your nutrition. Highly recommend.
Edit. Despite the shutdown, Sound Fitness Studios continue to be part of my path to health. Stuart now does my weekly 1-2-1 training via Zoom. And there are loads of opt-in classes during the week which are live-streamed. So much more motivating then pre-recorded ones. We use resistance bands which are a surprisingly good workout. Thanks guys for adapting as we have had to.

Due to a telling off from my doctor I knew I had to make some serious life changes and when I came to Stuart he was great at helping me to establish what my goals were and how together with his support I would achieve them. I’ve recently (early January 2018) signed up with a personal trainer, Stuart, at the F-Factor Fitness Studio, 8 Keynote Studios. The studio is perfect for complete exercise novices like me who are too intimidated to go to a larger, more crowded gym. Stuart is able to give me a personalised exercise program, and he motivates me when I might otherwise give up. My main reason for signing up was to improve my strength and although I’ve only been going for about 6 weeks, I already feel that I’ve made significant progress.

Having tried gyms a few times have not found them unfriendly or intimidating. they do seem to be full of people expending a great deal of energy to no particular purpose treadmills may be good for you but I find them boring.i wanted to have a personal trainer that could empathise and understand my needs. After a few sessions and some discussions with stuart we settled on what has become an ever evolving program to get me fitter improve my mobility especially through stretching (something i knew nothing about) I was initially seeing Stuart twice a week and And with his help devising in a programme I now exercise at home too and see him every week. It's been about a year now and I have more or less achieved my objectives tho it's open ended. I have shed approximately 8 kg. Stuart uses many different exercises to keep things fresh and if I don't keep up with my home program I will struggle to get through my one hour session with him !I would not have achieved my current state of fitness without his knowledge and expertise and would highly recommend him to anybody wishing to improve their fitness and overall health and he is a funny and all round nice guy too

It’s a great place to work out and the equipment is top notch. Kyle really pushes me and gives me that extra push I need when I feel like I can’t do another rep! The studio is in a great central location and I’d fully recommend you try a session for yourself!
