Jack is a great PT, really supportive, helpful and my health and strength has improved under his training since I started with him 4 months ago. He ensures our weekly sessions are tailored to me, and also provides sensible nutrition and health advice via email without being the insane "eat only what I tell you, paid for at a premium" that other trainers seem to go for!

Jack is a great trainer, really friendly to work with and very professional and diligent. He makes the effort to plan each work out and tailor them to what you need to work on. Good at keeping them varied too - no two sessions are the same!! He is also super knowledgeable, head and shoulders better than the last PT I had some years ago!

I live in California and train remotely with Jack using my home gym. Jack designed a bespoke program for me based on the equipment I have available to me here. We film every workout and he replies with detailed, in-depth notes and tips to fix my form and help me lift better. There’s a lot of complication and fitness buzzwords around the PT industry (especially in California) and I get none of that with Jack - his workouts are simple, effective and don’t require me to take hours out of my day. 💪🏻

Jack is a really innovative personal trainer. Every session is varied and he makes use of resistance bands, weights and adds some HIIT. Jack knows I like to combine boxing in my workouts and provides excellent focus mitt training improving my punching technique. It’s also great training outdoors in Ruskin park surrounded by trees. Highly recommend.
