I loved my sessions with Annabel! I worked with her for a few months, took a pregnancy break then again for a few months post-partum to get back into the swing of things. Sessions were always challenging but not impossible, tailored to my goals and level (especially appreciated when I came back to exercise post pregnancy and needed some more recovery focused work), and almost always flew by. She also has a great sense of humor, is very encouraging, and pushes just the right amount. I'll miss my sweaty beast sessions - and will be back if I move to Tooting!

Annabel is great - she gets the right balance of being motivating and pushing me to do more. Our early morning PT sessions on Tooting Common are varied and hard work, but fun, and a good mix of cardio and strength.

Anabel is the best! Her workouts are fun yet efficient. She's very attentive to form and modifies any exercise if you have an injury. I had some scheduling conflicts and she always did anything possible to accommodate. Worth every penny - Love my Sweaty Betty workouts!

Annabel has great instinct on which type of exercises - and what level of intensity - works for her clients. She was able to suggest circuits that worked around a knee injury, ensuring I had a full body workout without putting myself at risk.
