Sylwia is amazing!!! Just completed 14 days detox program and the results are amazing:
- lost 5kg
- my energy level improved significantly
- my mental health improved and I feel calmer
- no need of coffee in the morning any more
- new and great recipe ideas which are kids friendly as well

I honestly can’t thank Sylwia enough! I have been on a journey with her since January 2022 and I am so glad I approached her because she has helped me so much since then. I came to her feeling dejected, struggling with my weight, having constant flare-ups of gastritis and stomach problems. Sylwia has helped me immensely. Her thorough approach meant that we found out I have a lot of food intolerances and some thyroid problems. She guided me and helped me to make changes to my dietary habits and she encouraged me to look more after myself. We also did some tests and found some hormonal imbalances which we are in the process to tackle next. Throughout the process, Sylwia has been supportive, giving me the tools and the confidence to experiment with new foods and new wellbeing habits, always available to answer questions, always eager to know how you’re doing. My journey is still ongoing but I am already seeing the benefits: healthier habits (not solely related to food), improved weight and a general sense of feeling much happier about myself. I cannot express my appreciation for Sylwia. She is inspiring and has helped me in ways I never knew were possible. Her calmness and kindness has kept me going even when I just wanted to run away. I suffer with IBS which has made me feel quite low for years due to constantly feeling bloated and it was because I was eating the wrong foods. For many years I have either starved myself or binged and Sylwia has made me aware of how important having 3 healthy meals a day is and I feel so much better because of it. Sylwia reminds me to say what I am grateful for because when feeling low you can forget sometimes but she makes me feel so much happier about my body. I took part in Sylwia’s autumn cleanse program and it changed my lifestyle completely 😊 First of all I have more energy, I feel more relaxed and have no constipation whatsoever. I’ve learned how to balance my meals to feel healthy and happy. I must say the receipts are amazing and very easy to prepare. I didn’t expect that but I’ve lost some weight without feeling hungry.

Where do I even start? Booking my nutrition sessions with Sylwia has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. It has changed my life mentally and physically, my only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. My entire confidence and self esteem has shifted since changing my diet. I am so thankful for the knowledge Sylwia has given me and the understanding I now have about different food groups and how important gut health is. I did the candida diet with Sylwia and went on a 3 month detox cutting out all sugar which included chocolate, cakes, biscuits, bread, pasta and most fruit. Not only have I lost over a stone, my skin is better, my energy levels are more balanced, my anxiety has reduced and I feel so proud of the discipline I have gained. I feel so much healthier and I feel I carry myself better. I never imagined I could cut sugar out, I was the biggest chocoholic! However, with Sylwia's help to connect me to my vision and my dream I was able to do it. I have tried to lose this excess weight and have a better lifestyle pretty much since I was 14 (I am now 30) - finally I have been able to achieve it. It's always a great pleasure work on my health habits with Sylwia. The recipes are fantastic and so many that I hadn't the time to try them all. The support amazing, the yoga great, the explanation of what happened to us during the cleanse, before, after is so illuminating. My favourite of all though is the lesson of self care... I'll try to keep as an habit and won't let go easly. I will definitely do it again in spring or anytime it's going to be proposed. Next time I would like to know more about hormones and how their change affect us and what we can do to prevent unbalance. Thank you Sylwia.
