I started training with Julian right after the New Year as I had gained some weight over the winter holidays.
Julian had been very helpful in guiding me with my diet, supplements and exercise regime (often going above and beyond and checking in with my 24/7 to see my progress and checking my food diary). Although I had a little hick-up in the middle of the 6 week programme with getting ill (meaning I had to stop training for a week) Julian had been understanding and helped me get back on track the week after, starting off slightly slower and lighter than I normally would go.
I honestly hadn't felt that strong in a while. I wanted to push myself and he recognised that and would also push me to my limits. At the end of the 6 weeks, I had lost 3.4% body fat and gained 1.4kg of muscle :)
Definitely one of the better PT's I've had in Central London with great results afterwards! Highly recommend and I would 100% sign up to another few weeks in the summer.

Within short five week, I have lost 3 kgs, built définition to my body shape, I have improved my diet. I feel happier, less stressed, and I have gotten compliment to my newly improved looks… all thanks to Julian.
He is better than lots of other trainers I had in the past because 1) he customize his program to your needs, 2) his nutrition recommendation goes hand in hand with the physical training, 3) all this allows me to eat more but looks better. It is really the best combination and best results.

I have been training with Julian for half year and got really noticeable results! I started with him two months after a shoulder surgery due to labrum tear and was generally very weak at the point. He was super patient and professional and worked my shoulder to be stronger and more stable than before the injury. Having trained with tempo performance, I was really impressed and the trainer made me feel worth it - gave me back the confidence I needed in starting up a new programme designed for just me. Once some tests were done I was put on some amazing natural suppliments for 10 days alongside a special designed work out and within one month I could not only see but feel a difference in me and wow did I look different! Not only was my body fit but I just felt great! Well worth it to feel this way especially in the covid time.
