Tshon is an exceptional and incredibly knowledgeable personal trainer. He has helped me over the past 2.5 years to lose 20lbs and achieve a great physique. Sessions with him are always engaging, he is especially great at empowering you to achieve your goals and push harder. Cardio and HIIT training are my least favourite but he will always try to make it enjoyable! Looking forward to beating more PBs in the future with Test Your Limits!

Tshon is an excellent personal trainer! Training is always fun and varied and he makes you work hard to get the results you want. I do a mix of cardio and resistance training in sessions but he will cater each clients session to their individual needs. I wholly recommend TYL personal training!
