I have been training with Rimon for almost a year and have had a great experience. Rimon is approachable, considerate and incredible knowledgeable in nutrition, training and stretching/recovery, making him the perfect personal trainer. My sessions are tailored to the areas I want to work on, and I am always pushed to work hard - within these sessions Rimon has also provided a space to share insecurities about shape and ability. I have never felt judged, pushed too far, or misunderstood.
Working with Rimon has meant that I know I have time to focus on myself with a personal trainer that will put me at the heart of a session that will be fun. Having a private gym has also meant that the sessions are relatively private and on sunny days we have had sessions outside in the courtyard - this is great in light of covid. I cannot stress enough that sessions with Rimon always leave me feeling refreshed, not only because of the exercise but because working out with Rimon is always great fun… apart from the one time he made me do 100 burpees for being 10 mins late. I’m still recovering from that!
During my time to date with Rimon, I have not only lost over a stone, but pushed my body to leg press over 195kg, lift over 50kg, and developed confidence operating equipment in the gym. My body has changed in ways I didn’t expect and I have done this all without focusing on the number on the scale. I’m so grateful, thanks for being awesome, Rimon! 🤩

I've been having 1-1 Muay Thai boxing sessions with Rimon for about 6 weeks now and I'm loving it! As someone who has struggled with conventional cardio exercises for as long as I can remember and loathes running with a passion, it's great to have found a high intensity sport that I actually enjoy. I'm always at ease around Rimon, who is an incredibly patient instructor. This is crucial for me as I crack easily under pressure and wanted someone who would help me overcome this. Rimon encourages me to push my limits and achieve new heights with each session whilst ensuring I feel safe and looked after. Bonus point is that he actually laughs at my dry and dumb jokes (banter is key). Looking forward to having him turn me into a lean, mean, boxing machine! 💥🥊

I cannot emphasise how strongly I recommend Rimon to anyone looking to improve their performance and/or wellbeing, at any level. In the 10 weeks so far that I've trained with Rimon, I have learned so much about my body, fitness and nutrition, and have dropped over 15kg in the process. This has been achieved sustainably and without any access to gyms, and demonstrates the high level of knowledge that Rimon has, to really tailor programmes for the clients and situations he takes on. On a personal level, Rimon is thoughtful, patient and friendly, and a lot of fun to train with. I was initially skeptical of approaching a PT, but have never looked back with Rimon who has exceeded my expectations. I wouldn't have achieved the results I wanted without him and would encourage anyone thinking of it to just go for it.

I’ve been training with Rimon since 2018. I started overweight, extremely unhealthy, insecure and unhappy and now I’m none of those.
Rimon is very knowledgeable and innovative and pushes you to get past comfort zones. He is patient and funny which takes your mind off doubts and insecurities. I had a partial spinal fusion in my late 20s (6 years ago). The recovery left me fearful of doing any strenuous exercise. I would suffer regular stiffness in my back and hips, back pain particularly in my lower back, and was beginning to experience pain in my shoulders and neck. A physio recommended the best thing for me to do was work with a trainer to build up my overall back and body strength.
I've now only been training with Rimon for two months but in that time so much has changed. He's helped me overcome the fear of hurting myself and injuring my back, and is challenging me to push myself with exercises I really didn't think I'd be capable of doing 2-3 months ago. The idea that I would be lifting deadweights 6 months ago was honestly never a possibility! The back pain and neck/shoulder pain is also gone. It was really important to me that I trained with someone who had an understanding of injury and recovery particularly in backs. Rimon's knowledge really makes me feel like I'm doing the exercises that are particularly right for me. He explains them so I understand which muscle groups should be working at which time.
I already feel so much stronger generally. Sometimes I feel a bit ruined after our sessions but I look forward to the muscle burn now for a sign that something's working!💪💪

Rimon - aka the BFG - is enthusiastic, a great motivator and really knows his stuff. He’s also got the patience of a saint when putting me, a life-long exercise avoider, through my paces. That said, he’s no pushover and is firm when he needs to be!
I’ve watched some PTs robotically count reps while barely looking at their clients, but Rimon is engaged and if you’re not executing a movement correctly, he’ll make sure you get it right. After just a few months’ training, I’m doing things I didn’t think my body was capable of and no longer dread putting on my gym gear. Miracle!

I've been doing online video classes Monday-Friday during lockdown with Rimon and Trang for the last month now and I love it! The classes give me so much more energy for my workday than the extra sleep would have. I'm noticeably trimming down since I started (despite not really altering my diet) and exercises that felt difficult in week one are feeling easier every week. He is really patient, kind and gives clear and useful tips for everything: training in general, weightlifting, accessories, weight-loss, resistance training. Rimon is quite possibly one of the best coaches/trainers/teachers I've had in my life, and I've had quite a few, considering I've grown up doing a variety of sports. Not only does he come up with a well-structured, detailed, customised plan for you to reach your goals, he's also very dedicated and attentive to your needs and queries - so if I ever have questions about a certain exercise or about the fitness plan, I can definitely count on him to clear my doubts. More than anything, Rimon is INCREDIBLY motivating, pushing me to my limits (and beyond) every single training. It is largely due to his help that I've been able to build up to my 100kg 1RM on the deadlift, just within 4 weeks of training after a month-long hiatus from lifting. 100kg may not sound like much to some, but I had been trying to reach it for over a year, since I started lifting, to no avail, my highest ever weight lifted being 95kg. I am just so happy that I decided to seek his help on my lifting journey, as I think I would have just been going round in circles without his careful guidance. And to think that I used to think that I didn't need a personal trainer! XD To Rimon: thank you for pushing me, believing in me, helping me and just being with me on my journey of improvement!!! To all: (though I am slightly hesitant to say this as I don't want to have to share him HAHAH) I highly recommend Rimon as a personal trainer/friend/coach/motivator etc.! Rimon is a great trainer. I have done a few classes with him through the gym and a Muay lessons too. He is really observant and will correct your technique to help you get the best from the activity. As a bonus he is really patient and breaks things down really clearly. Be prepared to work hard!

Best personal trainer ever!!!
I have achieved my goal in 3 months training with Rimon, he has pushed me through intense workouts and added in boxing as cardio which is much more enjoyable than running on a treadmill. He has also changed my diet to a one that best fits me as I was not seeing results, now I’m seeing result much faster.
Always could have a laugh with him which is a bonus as the workouts aren’t boring. 😀

Rimon is an incredible, knowledgeable, and friendly personal trainer. Although I have not formally trained with him, I am a member of the gym he works at. Rimon is always willing to help me and give me advice even when he isn't working. He has really helped me step up my squat game, as well as, give me advice and techniques to eventually master an unassisted pull-up. I highly recommend anyone looking to get stronger to train with Rimon. He is not intimidating like other personal trainers can be, but rather, makes you feel very comfortable with his friendly and funny demeanor.

I had been ‘training’ on my own for years, I was a former national league basketball player and thought I was in reasonable shape. My goodness, how deluded was I? My first training session with Rimon almost ended with me requiring CPR! The session involved a very basic HIIT and strength assessment, I will never forget the look of concern on Rimon’s face as I grabbed his hand whilst struggling to catch my breath at the end of the assessment. Fast forward 4 weeks, I have improved my deadlift by 25kg and my squat by 20kg. My endurance has substantially improved and I have lost inches all over my body. My energy levels are through the roof and I feel amazing. These results are due to Rimon. He doesn’t shout and scream at you like some personal trainers, nevertheless he makes you work, hard. He varies the sessions so you are never bored. He encourages you to push through self-imposed barriers. He educates you on technique. He takes an holistic approach to your fitness. Rimon is the perfect trainer and I’m so lucky to be trained by him.

The best thing about training with Rimon is that he’s a trainer who takes his work seriously. He completely adjusts the training plan around your goals and he is constantly changing my training plan if I need to work on certain areas; ie mobility, strength, fat loss etc.
Rimon pushes me hard and even gives me homework on my ‘active rest days’. Even when I’m training by myself now, Rimon has taught me the knowledge needed to get them gainzzzz!!
Training with Rimon genuinely gives me some of the best hours of my day. He’s such a fun trainer and we’re constantly laughing in between sets. A session is never the same and I can’t imagine being with another trainer. I love him. The end.
