I have been training at The Cut with Steve for the past five months and, with discipline, hard work, encouragement and expert coaching, achieved my initial goal within 12-weeks. With The Cut's fitness tracking tools, I shifted the extra 'lockdown kilos', got my diet back on-track resulting in reduced body fat, increased lean muscle and better endurance -- all ahead of my 50th birthday and I feel great! The team has created an encouraging environment promoting camaraderie among clients and support from all of the trainers. Exceptional personal training gym in the city of London. The family-like atmosphere Steve has created is great. It's social and enjoyable and Steve takes the time to know all of the clients. If you want a holistic approach to your fitness goals then look no further. I have been working with Claudia at The Cut for a year now and can say that what I have achieved with her guidance is nothing short of brilliant. The gym itself is a great space and perfect for the one to one services provided by Steve and his team. The facilities, equipment and staff are all first class. I have wasted so much time and money on other generic gyms, I wish I had found this place earlier.
The programs offered are really tailored to you and your needs. Your goals, time, eating habits are all considered. The hard work is really done for you, all you need to do is turn up and work out!

I have a disability with a number of mobility limitations. I therefore spent many months researching many gyms and trainers and by a country mile The Cut Gym was by far the best on so many levels.
Firstly, the gym is virtually brand new with more than enough equipment needed. The changing rooms are also modern and spotless. The location is very easily accessible from Bank. The packages on offer are extremely competitive with no compromise on results.
The best part of this gym are the trainers - extremely polite, humble - starting at the top with Steve - and welcoming. A genuine care for your needs and requirements. I am currently being trained by Richard, who is really friendly and great to work with. Richard's level of knowledge for both fitness and nutrition is incredible. There is explanation throughout for each activity and it's benefits and Richard also has a skill of knowing how far to push you to achieve your maximum potential and results.
I have been going to the gym for 6 weeks and the results are incredible. There are no extreme measures and Richard will genuinely set you on your way to a successful results. If you are looking for 1 to 1 sessions you would have no regrets going to The Cut Gym.

This is far the best gym I went to! I joined because I wanted to be more lean and athletic , and the first results were visible after 2 weeks.
The gym is very clean, staff is professional and the atmosphere is very pleasant. Location is also a big plus, as well as flexibility in scheduling the sessions.
My honest recommendations - not only for those who want a body transformation, but also for ones who just want to stay fit & feel much stronger and better in their own skin! :))

As someone who joined with zero background of having trained in a gym before and limited fitness in general, I have been really impressed by the work and progress I have made with Steve and his team in such a short time. From my first session at The Cut, I just knew I had made the best of my 2020. The gym itself is of top quality standard. From the establishment it is located, the equipment and the changing facilities. All your needs are catered for, taking off a lot of the stresses you may have when joining a commercial gym.
With regards to training, Steve match’s the trainer and client so well! He listens to your goals and takes into consideration your work life. I’ve been working with Greg in this transformation journey. He has been nothing but informative, communicative & encouraging. Each week we set realistic expectations for myself. Never too overwhelming or unrealistic. With that, I’ve started to see immense results within my first few weeks! Greg, also debunks all gym/workout myths that may be causing you apprehensions when considering joining a gym or working out in general. Which is great knowledge to walk away with.
The team are incredibly inclusive and friendly. I can promise you, once you join The Cut, it will be the best investment of your year! It will become the highlight of your week!

These guys are the real deal, The Cut is a studio that really makes you feel at home and part of the family. Steve knows everyone by name and makes an extra effort to get to know each and everyone of The Cut's clients hopes, dreams and ambition. Both physically and personally.
I've trained in several other places in London and nowhere makes me feel as excited to focus on my goals than here. Hollie, my trainer, is one of the smartest and intuitive trainers I've ever worked with and truly cares about results but most importantly, wellbeing. She has an expert ability to know how far to push me but is the first to call it when I think I've got super human strength and am at risk of doing an injury. No '1 rep at the maximum weight' here, oh no, this is about sustained progress over time and keeping me on track with bite-sized goals. Importantly for me, I wanted a trainer and studio that didn't ignore my lifestyle (crazy work hours, late nights and stress) or my ethics (vegan) but instead helped shape my training goals around my life and make it work.
Finally, every single person I've ever met at The Cut be it in the changing rooms or on the gym floor has been lovely and genuinely interested in talking about life, lifting and London. A rare find in any establishment in London and a true testament to the community spirit Steve and the team have created.

A lot of Gym's can be intimidating but the guys at The Cut have created a great environment where you not only feel welcome but genuinely encouraged.
They take the time to understand your personal goals and then work closely with you to achieve them with consistent updates and advice along the way. The nutrition plans are particularly useful and bespoke to you as in individual.
My PT Will is a great guy and has taken the time to get to know me whilst pushing me hard on every session. He makes sure I get the most out of each visit with plenty of humour along the way.

Given my upcoming wedding and the ambition to get in shape in time, I did some research on transformation gyms near bank as I wanted to loose weight and become fit. I spoke with multiple gyms and The Cut Gym was by far the best on so many levels - facilities, equipment, overall product offer, etc.
Steve allocated me to William - he is doing a great job and I can highly recommend to train with him. Please find some reasons: a) he is open minded, was able to understood my lifestyle and provide me the right guidance on how to change components impactful, b) he was able to train me in this way, that I feel significant fitter and energised even after 3.5 weeks training, c) he is doing everything to keep you motivated while pushing you to the next level, d) he is very knowledgeable and e) has a great personality so that transformation training is even fun.
The gym is virtually brand new, the facilities are always clean and tiddy. The location is just perfect - 3 minutes from my desk. If you are looking for 1 to 1 sessions and want to change something in your life, I would highly recommend you The Cut Gym.

I was looking for a personal trainer and came across The Cut by chance when I walked past it on the way to lunch. I met with Steve and had a taster session and knew it was the right fit and signed up without hesitation. Steve has kept things challenging, pushes me and believes in progressive training. The CUT has been an amazing experience for me so far.
The entire team are incredibly welcoming. My trainer took the time to introduce me to the other trainers and clients. I’ve never managed to be a regular gym goer because of work commitments so I was a little nervous at first not knowing how to use anything. Within a few sessions I felt completely at ease.
The fact I have lost so much weight so quickly and getting stronger by the session almost seems secondary to the enjoyment from the actual training. The best thing for me is just having so much energy now. I really feel like a different person.
Having met other clients who share such similar stories of bad food habits, work commitments, feeling tired and sluggish to now be sharing a journey of positivity is a motivation in itself.

I am so impressed with the Cut. The trainers, the space and the equipment is first class. The entire ethos of the Cut is superb and I am enjoying every session I have with my trainer. Can’t say enough good things about the Cut Gym! I started training with Steve in September 2019. Within just a few weeks I noticed big differences in body shape, strength, fitness and motivation. Steve was checking in regularly with me throughout each week. I found this helpful and motivational as it kept my mind focussed on my target and goals. I originally planned to just do 48 sessions, but I have enjoyed it so much that I am now in my second batch of 48 sessions. I now train with Will. I have been going to the Cut twice a week for two months, and I have enjoyed every single session! I needed something that was going to maximize the time I had available for exercise, as a new job this year has meant extremely long hours, and also a complete change to my usual routine. I have found the team so welcoming and my PT Hollie really makes the early start something to look forward to, rather than dread. All of my sessions have been tailored and are extremely personal to me to make the most out of the hour. It also helps that the gym is based in the heart of the City, so going for my morning sessions are easy and convenient. The little extra details that I also felt are worth a mention - the facilities are always really clean, you're provided with fresh towels and products, there are GHD straighteners and hairdryers (crucial info...), and you get a free protein shake as soon as your session is done, or a coffee if you need it. Love the morning tunes as well... Overall, it has certainly made a huge difference to my mental and physical health - can't recommend enough!

Greg is a fantastic trainer who really cares about his clients. I was pretty terrified about joining a gym and using a PT - especially as an overweight, unhealthy and very unfit middle-aged woman - however Greg was supportive, approachable and fun to work with from the first session. He quickly built a rapport and always seemed to know when to encourage, when to push and how to get the best out of me. With Greg as my PT, I actually enjoyed going to the gym three times a week. Not something I ever expected to happen.
He took a holistic view of my health and helped maximise not just my time in the gym and my diet but other areas that were impacting on my ability to train effectively, especially issues around poor-quality sleep. As well as giving face-to-face advice, Greg recommended books, sent me links to research and articles and even designed a training programme to do when I was abroad for six weeks and couldn’t train with him. Throughout he was endlessly encouraging and genuinely thrilled at the progress I made as I reached my goals.
If I hadn’t moved jobs to the other side of London, I would still be training with him now. I would definitely recommend him as a brilliant and effective PT.

The CUT Gym makes a difference. Having been through endless diet plans and having benefitted form multiple upscale gym memberships, for the first time ever I experience results towards weight loss and increasing the overall fitness level. For people looking to make a change and transform their bodies, this is the place to go.
I am working with William, highly committed, knowledgeable and passionate about what he is doing. He pushes boundaries with the right type of exercise you didn't know exist. Any type of body transformation is not happening in a couple of days and he supports with a customised plan in and outside the gym along the way. Generally, whilst you have a personal trainer dedicated to you, everybody is super approachable, friendly and professional.
The CUT gym is for personal training sessions only. You really get the private, individual work out environment with never more than 3-4 people working out at the same time. Equally you benefit from in the changing rooms, fully equipped so essentially you don't need to bring anything other than your outfit.
The facilities and equipment live up to the latest standard and is generally clean and hygienic. The gym is close to Bank station, very conveniently to reach for everybody working in the city.
Lastly, the transformation programme is excellent from a value for money perspective. Also you don't have scams like you can only come during off-peak hours otherwise, you need to pay extra and the guys are always flexible in accommodating the session in your daily schedule.
