BEST PT IN LONDON! :) I would not hesitate to recommend Mel - very friendly, supportive and professional. She helped me to achieve and reach my goals by also giving nutritional tips + healthy habits. I found MJ when I was going through a tough moment in my life and she helped me to get out of it thanks to her personalized workouts. Her motivation and positive attitude helped achieve this. I trialled the MJ Method last week and it was a blast.
