Been working with Michel at Thrive for the last 2 years to build up strength and endurance to complete Ultra Marathons. Completed the Thames Path Ultra Challenge - 100km this year and delighted to finish 150th out of 700+ participants. I know that Thrive's considered and personally tailored programme that understood the demands of a busy life too, made a genuine difference to both physical ability to cope and mental strength to keep going. The quality of the the training is excellent. I started off as a novice and Michel has guided me through a range of exercises and weights over the last couple of years. Its been amazing to see the change that can happen with her thoughtful and incremental training sessions. I can now do things I never thought were possible and can't recommend Thrive fitness enough if you want to improve any aspect of your fitness.

She puts together high quality and varied training programmes, responding to my priorities, and tailoring and adjusting these to be delivered effectively either in person or online. Michel is very professional and knowledgeable, and always well prepared for sessions, but also able to flex these where necessary. What doesn't change is the balanced training approach which focuses on quality of exercise and movement, and ensures that you are always developing core strength and fitness.

Professional, super friendly and dedicated - Thrive Fitness, are quite simply, fantastic. My trainer took the time to learn about my goals and injuries, then he created a plan that would challenge me, help me gain confidence and a good level of fitness in a safe way. Training in the local gym was great, and we even had some sessions outside to keep things interesting. Michel was great at answering my questions before I signed up too. I'm pleased to say that not only did I lose weight, but I also went down a dress size, toned up and felt much more confident going to the gym and working out on my own. They're really good at helping you hit your goals - can't recommend them enough!

Fantastic session in the park with Michel this morning. I was worked hard, kept focused and motivated while being supported to ensure the exercises I did were done precisely. This is especially important for me as I have a number of historic injuries and poor form can easily aggravate them - this isn’t something I have experienced with many PT’s hence my strong recommendations with Michel.
