I’ve been training with Tim almost 6 months now. I’ve never had a personal trainer before and have never been someone who enjoys going to the gym, or who finds it easy to motivate myself to go. So I was a bit daunted beforehand about what it would be like.
However, Tim has proved to be fantastic. He’s basically everything you would want from a PT… friendly, encouraging, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable about weight training and nutrition. He gets a perfect balance of pushing me hard enough so that I progress, but not too far that I never want to come back 😂
It’s impressive, because every client will have different needs and a different threshold, and I feel like Tim was able to suss mine out very quickly.
I really enjoy the sessions, he makes an effort to vary them regularly too, so that it doesn’t become too monotonous. He’s fairly flexible when it comes to arranging appointments, and he’s great at keeping in touch / communicating by text between sessions, confirming a session the day beforehand. Really appreciate this.
He has taken photos of me roughly every 6 weeks since I started, and the progress is clear. I’m feeling stronger, and this is reflected in the weights I’m able to lift compared to when I first started. Looking forward to more progress in 2022.

I've found Tim to be an excellent personal trainer. After a period of time away from the gym, Tim set me a tailored workout programme which helped me to quickly lose body fat and gain muscle. Tim is very knowledgeable and always happy to help with any questions. As part of the workout and PT sessions Tim also provided me with a nutrition plan that accelerated my body transformation.

I have been training with Tim for about 4 months and cannot recommend him highly enough. Trying to stay healthy and exercise regularly has been somewhat of a struggle, as it was not something I found enjoyable. Tim has completely changed that and I now look forward to our sessions together.
He makes training fun, varied and challenging at the same time, whilst helping to keep you driven and focused on achieving your health and fitness goals. He shows great care in your progress and continuously strives to find ways suited to the individual’s needs which will help in reaching those targets. He explains the workout exercises clearly and the benefits of each, whilst also providing support and excellent information on nutrition and healthy diets. My fitness has increased noticeably and he has helped me immensely in building healthy habits for the long-term.
Tim’s professionalism and passion for what he does is second to none! He is the BEST!!

I first met Tim at the Gym in Waterloo when he offered me some helpful advice, I instantly knew this guy was an expert so we spoke about some PT sessions and it went from there. 7 weeks later and I’m already a lot more confident in the Gym and now use a lot more of the equipment then I ever used too. You see with me the confidence to try new things was the issue as I didn’t want to be that guy who did it all wrong however Tim has solved all that for me and now I have the confidence to walk into any gym and enjoy my workouts. Tim has 100% changed my whole outlook on weight lifting and I’m already noticing a difference compared to my previous workouts. I’d certainly recommend a PT to anyone looking to get more confident in the Gym and picking Tim for this advice would be a great choice.

Tim’s sessions have been excellent - both at helping me build strength and helping me feel more comfortable in the gym itself. He’s created sessions that have made going to the gym enjoyable (something I didn’t think was possible me for me!) and I’ve seen great results so far!
