Tom has been my trainer and coach for some years now. At different stages of my life, he has been integral to helping me work towards my fitness goals.
-Years back I wanted to loose weight, get a six pack and be able to do a pull up. (the usual pre requisite for a mid 20 something guy) - Not only did he help me achieve all of those goals, he made it fun and perhaps more importantly instilled a lot of values that even now help me lead a healthier and more full-filling lifestyle.
Now my weightlifting coach, I continue to push myself to new achievements with Toms tutelage and I am enjoying every session.
My opinion of Tom is; a fantastic trainer. But more importantly (to me) one of the most genuine, humble & easy going people I know.
I'd recommend him to anyone, and am grateful to have him as a coach and a friend.

You know the advice he is giving comes from personal experience and experimentation. He will get you to the goals you need, and far beyond, with compassion, humor and the occasional kick up the arse.
