I started training once a week with TOS Fitness about two months ago, and about 11 months after my son was born. I was instantly impressed by Szilard's knowledge, friendly personality, and attitude to training - he has pushed me but is always respectful of any concerns and takes the time to make sure I'm feeling confident and having fun! I've lost weight and gained strength, which were my goals, and I owe that to Szilard. I can't recommend TOS Fitness enough...I'm definitely hooked!

I've trained on and off with Szilard for a few years. He is a brilliant PT, always listens to what I want to achieve and makes the sessions varied each time. In my case, working with Szilard has definitely exceeded my expectations, I have achieved my goals sooner, I surprised myself with what I can do numerous times, and had lots of fun at the same time! All this has been mostly thanks to Szilard, to his motivational skills and great sense of humor, and his ability in creating bespoke programmes with great results. It’s been a real pleasure!

Szilard is a great personal trainer and instructor! He is really personable, reliable, fun and easy-going. He tailors each session according to your needs and wishes, and is a source of continuous encouragement and advice. He really knows about how human bodies work, how to train your body and is outstanding at explaining how to get into the right form and posture to maximise the return you get from your exercise sessions with him and from group lessons as well! He is also flexible in terms of rearranging the time of your session if you need to reschedule. I really recommend Szilard!

I would recommend Szilard to anyone. I’ve been training with him once a week for over a year now, and I love it! He listens to what I want to achieve, and adapts my training programme accordingly. I’ve been training with Szilard for almost 18 months now, and believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. I started training once a week and enjoyed the variety & challenge he put into the sessions so much that I have increased my sessions to 2-3 a week.
I have had at least 10 different PTs over a 20 year period and Szilard without doubt stands out. He is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging and fun. My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts.
He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. He is extremely reliable & punctual – always ready with an exercise routine planned.

I can honestly recommend Szilard if you want to train with a PT who is really knowledgeable and highly skilled. He will take your training to new levels while remaining reliable, fun, intelligent, thoughtful and kind.
I started working with Szilard at the gym a year ago. Without him, I would have given up on training completely as I’d worked with a couple of PTs previously and hadn’t had the best experiences. I was sceptical about working with a PT ever again.
When I started training with Szilard, he proved to be kind, intelligent, sensitive to my particular needs, thoughtful, fun to work with, and always on time and reliable.
Over the last year he has quietly helped with my confidence about being in the gym as I often don’t feel like I ‘fit in’ in a gym environment. He never judges me, never makes me feel less than anyone else and always tells me I can do it! It can take some practice for me sometimes, which is where his patience, knowledge and kindness are his biggest strengths.
Sessions are always fun and safe - he is always checking I don’t get injured and that my form is correct. He will push me to do things I never thought my body was capable of, and reminds me often that it’s about me believing I can - mentally as well as physically!
We do a real mixture of things including circuits, core, strength, and functional training. It’s all about steady incremental positive changes. Noticing my strength gains and the increase in my fitness levels over time is great and I’m excited to see what new things are in store over time as he helps me progress even further ahead.

Szilard is great to work with. I was initially concerned about being 'older' than his usual clients (and somewhat unfit!), but his careful questionning and flexibility of approach immediately re-assured me. The workouts he plans for me are just the right level, and he's happy to adjust if they don't suit me. He is always focussed on the person in front of him, rather than trying to impress, an approach which suits me perfectly.

I contacted Szilard as he seemed to be one of those rare personal trainers who understand the requirements around pre and post natal exercises and body transformations as we are planing our first baby. He is very attentive , after our initial conversation on my current fitness level, eating habits and life-style, he proposed the absolutely perfect exercise regime in order to achieve my goals. I always look forward to our personal training sessions. He knows my limits (mainly due to past injuries) and indeed, pushes me just the right amount to the right direction every time. I met Szilard in Nov 2018 and after a few weeks of observing him coaching clients at my gym, I plucked up the courage to approach him to talk about training. It turned out to be the best decision I made. I had been very unwell and was underweight and painfully unconfident both with my body and in my personality as a result.
Szilard worked on exercises that were appropriate for me and taught me how to lift weights safely. One of the things that impressed me most about him is how non-judgemental he is, doesn’t matter who he is coaching or what your issues are; he makes you feel at ease and works at a pace suitable whilst challenging you. He’s extremely professional and doesn’t fall into the category of PTs that allegedly check out clients and makes female clients feel very comfortably. I have recommended him to so many people and I honestly can’t thank him enough for everything he did for me. Everyone who knows me wants to know who I train with and what programme I follow etc. because of the body I now have!
The result of his hard work and coaching is I safely put over 10kg on in a year (which was my goal to gain weight), I’ve never been injured with him or whilst training on my own from his instructions and he is an absolute diamond to train with. You’ll be really impressed with his knowledge on diet, nutrition, bodybuilding, strength and conditioning and flexibility so whatever your goal, he really understands how to get you there.
No amount of money can actually be too much for the life-changing path he put me on. Definitely go to him, you won’t regret it!!!
