I’ve with Berta since January 2020, off and on during lockdown. She is by far the best personal trainer I’ve ever had, she is very patient, always explains what muscle is being worked with each exercise and always changes combines different workout plans for each session.
I have so much more knowledge of fitness and health since I’ve started training with her. My confidence of how to use the gym machines has also increased. Definitely recommend Berta to anyone wanting to start their fitness journey.

Berta is honestly the best PT ever. Where do I even begin.. She creates a custom training program which pushes me to achieve my best with realistic expectations and timelines. She is not the kind to stand in a corner, watches and commands you; she knows when she needs to do the rep with you and when to give you the space you need. She is patient in her guidance, even on things she may have repeated to me before. She definitely goes beyond the a standard PT: she checks in on me when she knows I might have over exerted myself during a training and provides additional nutrional tips. She is a very positive and encouraging person so that helps me maintain a positive mindset every session which is super important! Communication with Berta is fantastic - always quick to get back to you and willing to work around schedules (if within reasonable limits). Always on time! I have definitely gotten fitter and healthier since I got to know Berta in November 2018. Honestly, I could go on forever on why Berta is the best so I guess if you're considering getting Berta as your PT, I say don't hesitate and do it already! You won't regret it!

I started training with Berta when I was 3 months pregnant. Berta was cautious but also had confidence in her knowledge of what a pregnant lady should and should not do. She is very encouraging and the sessions with her were always enjoyable and productive. I will definitely recommend training with Berta if you want to get fit and enjoy the process at the same time!
