There's a reason Trang has so many 5 star reviews: because she's the best. I started training with her in January and haven't looked back since. I'm stronger both physically and mentally thanks to her guidance and discipline. I've tried lots of PTs in the past and never managed to commit before, but I keep coming back for Trang's expertise, kindness and sense of humour. The private studio is spotless and full of natural light, and the equipment is brand new and top of the range -- so much nicer than a normal gym. Trang is a great personal trainer! Professional, motivational and knowledgeable, Trang knows her stuff and has helped me to achieve my fitness goals (to become more toned and increase strength) by focusing on core areas and using target exercises. Armed with a positive, can-do attitude, she has always pushed me to do more and increase my limits. I really appreciate the fact that Trang explains each exercise in detail and corrects my form to ensure I am doing the exercise properly and working out the correct muscles.

My husband and I have been training with Trang for a few months after a rather long period without exercising and we couldn’t be happier. Trang is an excellent professional and above anything else looks to make sure we understand and do the exercises correctly, no matter how long it takes. Her PT sessions are highly motivating and she is very flexible, which is great when you are training with two people with different schedules. After 3 months we felt a big difference in our energy level and physical condition, and with her personalize home training program we kept it going even when we are away from London. I saw Trang today for a deep tissue massage where she carefully listened to what muscular issues I was having and did a proper assessment of the muscles before starting treatment. I genuinely can't recommend Trang enough. We worked together for nearly a year and she's be a constance source of inspiration and kindness. I've always been nervous about personal trainers but she has such an amazing tailored response to exactly what you need and makes sure it's enjoyable so you stick with it.
I have a long standing issue with my hips and she's included stretches and strength training that's helped it in leaps and bounds. Had really bad neck and shoulder pain about 8 months after having twins and went to go and see Trang for what I thought would be a relaxing spa massage - what I got and what Trang specialises in is amazing sports massage. I opted to take on the 20 week package with Trang in order to get her help and expertise in building strength training into my lifestyle and all I can say is that she delivered far beyond some standard PT package. I'm physically stronger, my nutrition is the best it's ever been and, above all, Trang has motivated me to improve my mindset - she's been the best life coach - besides a training one.
After our initial consultation Trang worked very closely with me to formulate a tailored, but customisable meal plan and exercise programme. Throughout our time together, tweaks were made to my macros to ensure my nutrition was on point for training and that I was performing my best.
The access you have to Trang outside of sessions has by far been one of the most helpful things, as she is on hand to answer questions and seeking advice on exercises. She is so, so knowledgable and her no-nonsense and focussed approach to training keeps you motivated and in check. That said, as an earlier review has pointed out - Trang is cheerful and has a great personality, she has become a friend to me and I am grateful to have had the chance to work with her.

I started seeing Trang three months ago in order to build my strength up after having a back injury.
I had never done strength training or lifted weights before I started working with Trang.
She has helped me to get much stronger in key areas and my back feels a lot better! She has also devised a programme which is tailored to my needs and includes things which I had never tried before, like bench press and deadlifts. I can see how I have improved and I feel a lot more confident in what I can achieve.

Trang is simply the best PT. I initially booked her for a few sessions but her 1-1 approach, kindness and guidance, reassurance and positivity, knowledge and skills took me such a long way I had to book her for more sessions. She helped me overcome my fear of weights, I started deadlifting at 50kg and now I can lift 97.5kg in the space of about 4 months. I work shifts in the NHS and Trang would be accommodating around my needs and would be understanding about my situation. I've only been recently doing Trang's online classes since lockdown and they are SOOOOOOO GOOD! Considering the classes are around 40 mins with warm up and stretching, before 9am I've already done around 7000 steps with my heart rate constantly above 130. Already after a week I feel trimmer and it's nice to just get the exercise out of the way for the day.
The classes are great where she demonstrates the exercise with clear instruction. Trang also gives you the options of making it easier if you can't do certain movements due to mobility or injuries.
She's a big boss lady who takes her stuff seriously! Thanks a lot!

I started training with Diogo after going through some difficult times and wanting to make a positive change. Diogo developed a programme that I could fit around a busy work and study schedule. My routines would constantly change and evolve so that I never got bored and achieved maximum results. Diogo is very passionate about what he does and will seek to make your experience both productive and fun. In my experience many personal trainers dictate a 'one size fits all' methodology that isn't sustainable, or don't pratice what they preach. Diogo is the opposite of this and I would highly recommend him to all!
