Love Tribe! I didn’t think CrossFit was for me at all but I am loving it! The workouts are great but coaches and the community make it amazing. You will work hard but everyone is really nice and encouraging, and the coaches really make sure to correct your form and learn the technique. All around an awesome place!

I have joined Tribe after 2.5 years of doing Crossfit in another box in South West London. What I love about Tribe is the professional attention to the clients during the class to really help each individual improve - based on their own level - and minimize any injuries. I am super impressed by how professional all the coaches are and yet we can still have fun whilst sweating.
It doesn't matter which level you are joining Tribe, they will adjust everything to your level or condition on the day (e.g. injuries).

The coaches themselves are the best part I think. They're super attentative, regardless of whether you are beginner or more experienced - plus they're just super friendly in general. (They're also beasts)
The only thing missing is an 'Open Gym' but I haven't needed it to be honest and they've prioritised getting more classes available - which I think is better actually.

I've been going to tribe for almost a month now and I love it there. I really like the programming, I love how we do skills or strength before doing the wod(according to everyone's level of fitness).
The coaches are very welcoming and always ready to help the members with anything we might need.
They help everyone to do the workouts according to everyone's level of fitness.
And the community is awesome as well! I'd say it's the perfect place to go whether you're starting your fitness journey or you're more "experienced".

Great Crossfit box in West London (Hammersmith specifically). Coaching is superb with super positive and friendly mindset. The scheduling setup with Box Mate + Team Up allow us to book classes very easily. Also did the Nutrition PT coaching with Daine and it was very insightful and with surprising results.
The WODs encompasses a very interesting mix of movements challenging us every day. I've been there for 2 months, but everyone is so friendly that it seems I've been there for a long time :)

I have done classes and trained with Jamie at TRIBE. The classes are well catered for all abilities and coaches give you close attention.
Jamie is a fantastic trainer - knowledgable, attentive and knows how to push you (or hold you back!) to get great results efficiently. I came to Jamie with a number of injuries inhibiting training and not only have I made great strength and conditioning progress, my injuries feel a lot better too.
More broadly the entire environment at TRIBE is great - athletes of all abilities that all work together to get the best out of each other.
I’ve trained at a number of places over the years and this has to go down as the best :)

The only regret I have is why didn't I join sooner! The atmosphere is superb. So welcoming and friendly. Programming may look terrifying but no need to worry! Class sizes are small so the coaches (all absolutely brill) will spend some time with everybody. Coaches will also scale every workout to suit you. If you're just starting no need to worry or be nervous everybody in the class has your back.
Nutrition-I've been doing a nutrition challenge with Daine. This included some baseline testing, discussion of goals, diet plans and a weekly check-in. The support has been stellar. Lots of positive progress has been made, probably the best being my relationship with food improving.
PTing- Ive been lucky enough to PT with Jamie for the last few months. What can I say. Legend and highly recommended. It was obvious from the first session Jamie had listened to my goals and had thought through how we would attack them. His cues are always thoroughly thought through and demonstrations always on point. He is affable, positive, upbeat and is genuinely excited when you hit a goal. Terrible dancer.
Join up. You won't look back.

Highly skilled and professional coaches, always committed to support every single member of the gym to achieve their goals. They also have Gymnastic, Strongman and Weightlifting expertise coach, which is a great bonus.

When I decided to start doing CrossFit I did taster sessions at several London boxes; Tribe Hammersmith won by a country mile. The excellent coaching, community and atmosphere is so supportive and encouraging for all levels. Personally I value their attention to form to make sure you’re doing the movements properly and aren’t setting yourself up for injuries. Very quickly after starting I’ve found myself infatuated: looking forward to each class, getting to know people, and learning to do things I never thought I could. I love this place!!

I've been a member for three and a half years and do weekly PT sessions with Nadia, who is the most AMAZING coach. I joined in April 2017, hoping to get fit enough to have a baby and was immediately impressed by the coaches, who trial every single work out and adapt it for their members' individual needs and make us feel comfortable and supported, as well as challenged. As a team, they work hard on bespoke fitness and nutrition programmes and are incredibly knowledgeable. In just one year, my body and fitness were transformed and I had my much waited for baby.
Post-pregnancy, Nadia has supported me in regaining my strength and fitness and making me feel confident in myself. She is fantastic at helping women (especially post-partum and us more mature women!) work to the very peak of their fitness and she is so encouraging and motivating. I know it's Lockdown 2.0 and there isn't much you are allowed to do right now but working out outside with her is genuinely the high point of my week at the moment!

Joining Tribe is one of the best things I have ever done. The coaches are incredibly supportive and every instruction makes the biggest positive impact. As a complete beginner, I never felt overwhelmed by the skills or WODs, as every goal is broken down into manageable steps.
The Zoom classes during the first lockdown were the most important part of my day and I’m so grateful for how they adapted the drills to what we could do at home and how kind they were when they let us borrow some equipment.
The nutrition program with Daine was amazing. He helped me to understand food composition and make wiser choices for realistic long-term results. Thank you for your support and helping me believe I could get better.

I can't recommend Tribe - CrossFit Hammersmith enough. The coaching is the absolute best you will find, the classes are set out with purpose, knowledge and incredible attention to detail, and the max no. of people in those classes ensures that you get what feels like one-on-one attention and coaching. To add to this, it's an unpretentious space, with an equally unpretentious community - plus, the best (and nicest) coaches you could hope to come across.
The nutrition courses and one-on-one programs, along with the specific skills classes and courses for gymnastics and weightlifting are just brilliant.
Their approach and attitude over lockdown has been both life-saving and completely over and above. The remote coaching is truly personalised - no cut and paste - so that you get coaching completely tailored to you, with great accountability and amazing feedback that shows the depth of experience, understanding and time the coaches take.
All of this = the most unique and incredible place to train. With the best people, the best coaches, and the best way to spend an hour a day.

Excellent at what they do. It might sound like a cliché, but this is a community; the coaches are professional, experienced, knowledgeable, and everyone helps each other.
Working with Daine, my PT instructor and nutrition coach, has totally changed my opinion of exercise and nutrition. Daine has taken time to get to know me in order to understand what motivates me, and during lockdown when my motivation sometimes dipped, Daine continued to help me increase my strength and mobility. My confidence has increased not just in my ability to do the exercises but overall.
The nutritional coaching has helped me to recognise the importance of eating foods that will enable me to do the exercises I want to do, as well as live a healthy life. And without dieting!
I’m now exercising at a level I wouldn’t have thought possible only a year ago thanks to the Crossfit classes and Daine’s guidance.

I can’t really do this place justice on a google review - you just need to go along and experience it. PT & Nutrition sessions with Daine, who works collaboratively with you, improved my confidence and ability from a technical and strength perspective which have had a knock on effect in my general mobility and my running speed/distance. I’ve also learnt how important nutrition is - eating to fuel my body without dieting or cutting out the things I enjoy. Both PT & Nutrition at Tribe became even more important during lockdown (on Zoom). Whether you’ve been XFitting for years, or you’re keen to give it a go - you won’t find a better tribe of people or coaches.

CrossFit Hammersmith is the best! I’ve been a member at two other CrossFit gyms (both in the USA) and there’s no comparing to CFH. The biggest difference is the quality of coaching staff and challenging (yet scalable) workout programming. If you want a no frills, get in, get the work done, get out experience that will dramatically increase fitness levels, CFH is it.

I was hesitating for so long to sign up for crossfit as the price is pretty high but have to say joining the Tribe team is the best decision I could make. The trainers and the atmosphere are amazing, there is always something new in Tribe Hammersmith :)

The facility is pretty basic and the space is not big at all, it has the flavour of the old urban boxes I've seen in several USA cities. Nevertheless, you can find almost everything you need to do a proper WOD (do not expect rowing machines or Assault bikes though). Coach Eddie was great and gave me a couple of good tips to improve kipping pull-ups.
Said that, when dropping-in for the first time they charge you a fee of 20 pounds, what is not common in a first class coming from another affiliate (and I've visited many boxes around the world). They have a small locker room where you can take a shower after the workout. A good option if you are around the area.

I never thought at my age, I’d be doing this type of exercise. Everything is explained clearly. There is definitely no pressure. I work at my pace but am challenged through out. The site can be tricky to find on your first go but it is well worth it. The main box (Yellow-box) is down the end of an alleyway and this is where the main classes are run.
I would highly recommend this site for anyone wanting to start Crossfit or have been training for a period of time as the programming is on point - shout out #Eddiesmethod - and the staff are amazingly interactive and informative.

Additionally, the coach (Leo) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I have never done a WOD in a converted railway arch - how cool is this location?!? I highly recommend CF Hammersmith!

The community @Tribe is one of the best I’ve seen in CrossFit gyms around London.
Everyone can enjoy classes despite starting from different levels of fitness.
I love the weekly celebrations of new PBs and achievements. The trainers are really professional, dedicated and knowledgeable.
They help and support members during classes and beyond, via PT sessions.
Each trained has different skills and approaches to CrossFit and it means that there is an opportunity to find the style of learning you feel more comfortable with.
They have classes every day of the week and also extra activities to bring the community together, such as the book club and the private Facebook group where you can find tips on nutrition and food recipes.
