I joined TWL Personal Training Whetstone with an element of skepticism due to the results they achieve in such a short space of time. Luke has been brilliant. He tailored my program perfectly around my busy schedule and focused exactly on the results I wanted to achieve. Don't get me wrong, you have to put the work in, but if you do, they certainly do their part!! Every other trainer in the gym takes an interest in your progress and I have recommended them to lots of friends and family. Thanks all!

Not just another gym! Dedicated and knowledgeable personal trainers always with you to ensure that you hit your goals. I have achieved more in 3 months at TWL than in years training in the gym by myself.
I had excellent support, monitoring and adapting my work outs to break through plateaus and helping to adjust my diet to reach my goals.
You will work harder than ever, you will feel like you're going to die after some workouts, but once you start seeing the results you'll never look back.

Luke is brilliant. He has helped me over the years on numerous occasions get in shape for both sporting and modelling events. He has a strong knowledge base and our workouts have always been fun and engaging - whether Hiit based, power lifting or outdoor circuits.
I'd thoroughly recommend working with him on a 1-2-1 bases if you are serious about specific goals Or if more for a social affair, bring along some pals for his fun classes. He also has lots of knowledge about nutrition and has helped me shape my diet to match my goals. A very fun yet professional trainer!

Put it this way... You absolutely get your moneys worth! Don't expect an easy ride, but you get AMAZING results. The trainers push you to the point you think you cant do anymore, and then some more just for fun! The group classes are just as awesome! Be prepared to be flat on your back by the end of the class - Its the mother of all work outs! You also get a diet plan and constant texts/whatsapp with the trainers to keep you on track. No excuses not to turn up and no excuses for that one small slice of pecan pie... My trainer Luke even checks up on my daily goals on my fitness pal to keep me in line! You really cant fail to get a body transformation at TWL because of all the constant support and help from the fabulous team! If you're looking for personal training in whetstone or barnet area these are your go to

If you have a goal and need guidance and motivation to get there, then Luke is definitely your man! Workouts are never the same and I always leave feeling like I have achieved something, despite the amount of moaning I do! Not only does Luke keep you motivated in the gym but he also keeps on top of you during the week. Definitely recommend 💪🏼

I enjoy the crossfit sessions!!! Generally I feel every large muscle is worked in the session. The trainers are knowledgeable and give excellent advise to assist me in reaching my goals. I highly recommend the personal training at TWL Whetstone.
