My journey with Jay has just begun and it’s been a fantastic start. Jay has been brilliant in working with my specific needs and is very attentive to make sure I am doing it in the right way. He is always at hand when needed and is really good in making you feel motivated. All the classmates are super friendly and supportive as well. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Highly recommend this gym! I was very nervous and inexperienced when I joined but he creates a really positive atmosphere for all abilities, I never felt intimidated. Classes are very varied and small with loads of timing options. He is always on hand to help with questions or check if you are doing it correctly to avoid injury. Feel so happy to have found this place!

Highly recommended private fitness studio! not your typical run of the mill gym as the sessions here are all tailored to work with all abilities for people of all walks of life and there's no judgement, just a friendly atmosphere where everybody wants to become the healthiest version of themselves. Jay always makes sure you get the best out of each session and classes are always well structured and kept challenging. There's also a ton of help and information on nutrition available, and all of the equipment is always sanitised after use so everything is clean and well maintained. I like that there are sessions available throughout the day so I'm able to either do an early morning session, lunch session or after work which suits me perfectly.

Jay is very knowledgeable and because of my various physical limitations, been excellent in changing the exercises to suit my fluctuating abilities- both prior and during sessions.
This has been the key in me rebuilding my strength- and something I will always be grateful to him for.

I've been training with Jay for about 6 weeks now and in this short space of time I've achieved so much thanks to his support and encouragement. He's always on hand to answer any questions and his classes are so fun 45mins doesn't feel like 45mins as it goes so quick! I honestly like Jay's approach to training, he pushes you when needed the most but recognises everyone has their limits! Before UPTFITNESS, I was never really an early riser but thanks to Jay I find the motivation to wake up early nowadays, go to his classes and enjoy the rest of my day with energy and positivism. His studio has loads of equipment and enough space for exercise circuits, so you get a balance of cardio and weight workouts. Highly recommended to all if you want to lose the lockdown pounds!!!
