I used VPT Personal Training to get into shape for my wedding and to tone up in general.
When i met Vik, he came across as confident, knowledgeable and very professional. He helped me set out goals and milestones along the course of 8 months that we saw as realistic and achievable.
Primarily those goals were to achieve weight loss, improve physical fitness and drop a waist size down. Vik was a great motivator and his enthusiasm would rub off on you during sessions, even in those difficult times, when you would find it hard to find any motivation. He re-iterates your goals and re-aligns your focus to achieve them. He does not let you slack at all.
Also, Vik is ust a down to earth guy who is easy to talk to.
