I cannot recommend Nitsha highly enough! I have had many personal trainers in the past but no one has come close to her passion, dedication and professionalism in working me out as she is doing right now. Finally someone that is organised, takes the time to set you a full program including a diet (should you wish) and extremely knowledgeable about the body and knows how far to push you in the right way not to cause any injuries. The routines change constantly taking away the monotonous repeated exercises. Thank you Nitsha for your patience and encouragement.

Nitsha has been absolutely perfect, she does a range of workouts and always keeps me motivated in my sessions, especially when they are super hard. She provides meal plans and excersize assignments via her app and any questions you have she is always available to answer. She is efficient, professional and very reliable. I have Nitsha as my personal trainer to help me start my fitness routine. She is very organised with great approach for beginners to gradually adapt into a variety of exercises and get interested and confidence in training. Nitsha. She's a keeper!!!
Never liked exersises even tho I have had few trainers in the past, after few months I was giving up on it. With Nitsha is different, I look forward to our sessions even tho I drive her crazy probably with my moaning , she keeps me going. She's always smiley, positive attitude all the way. She give me different wariations of exercises which I'm looking forward to. She changed my attitude towards gym and getting fit. I would always recommend her to anyone and everyone! She is for me a one in a million trainer !
She listens to my needs, pushes me, motivates me, encourages me but also really caring and genuinely a lovely person :)
Not only is she my trainer, nutritionist, an inspiration but she is willing, patient and flexible enough to work around my schedule and even handles my odd demanding requests with a smile.
She is extremely professional too - she has one complimentary initial meeting and she is very through during this. Before I decided to train with Nitsha, I actually went to see few PTs. Some just didn’t listen to my needs, some that you just didn’t ‘connect’ with so I don’t know what I was expecting on the day I first I met her.
She’s changed my world and I have (even with my difficult condition) lost weight, toned up, feel healthier and I think I feel more energised.
She pushes you to the limit so there can be days when I think twice about going (!) but I don’t know who I’m trying to kid - I love the sessions. The exercises are different every time, so you don’t get bored either and she is always by your side every step of the way (literally), making sure that you are sweating and giving it your best but also to give you the support you need 24/7.
