After being quite skeptical about having a PT as I know it can be hard work and my schedule is quite tight, my doubts were quickly gone after spending months with Ali. He really focused on what I needed in terms of exercise, healthy eating and more. My biggest concern was finding the time for a session however Ali was extremely considerate and tailored to my needs. I highly recommend trying out with Ali as you will see incredible changes in your body and your overall health. I have a much better understanding of how to exercise and how to maintain. If you are considering having a PT, go for Ali, it is definitely worth it!

I've never had a personal trainer before, as I was unsure about time commitments, but Ali was very flexible and was able to tailor time slots and work out plans for me. He is a fun, knowledgeable, and approachable person, who seemed to take as much pride in my progress as I did. 2 months working with Ali and I feel better than I ever have and would highly recommend him and his P.T service.

This personal trainer has completely transformed my workout routine and body and mind. It's amazing what a trainer can do to help sculpt and tone your body, as well as your attitude towards doing to. I have enjoyed the journey. Though at first I thought it was going to be tough getting used to the high intensity exercise, but he reassured me that we were going to start gently and bit by bit my confidence and fitness grew and I was pushing myself to the max. I can honestly say, I have never felt better in my physical and mental health.
