Tim is an excellent Personal Trainer, who really supports you and listens to what you want to achieve. He has helped me to lose a lot of weight and tone up, change my diet and encouraged me to reach my goals. I went through a difficult time in my life and through exercise I have managed to deal with this. Tim is always positive and makes the workouts fun yet challenging. Highly recommended!

When I met Tim in his class, I was just recovering from a serious illness and I had to build my strength and health up again. I'd always dislike fitness and prefer to eat and watch TV!
It is very important for me to stay healthy, because it will help stop the illness from returning and I have young children. Tim has helped motivate me along my fitness journey, with great classes, valuable advice on my diet and what I can do for fitness outside of class. Tim is always positive and helpful, I will be forever grateful for how he has helped me. Thanks to him showing me how important fitness is and fun it is. I now do 3-5 different fitness classes a week and have gone back to the weight before I had children (I have lost 9kg). Out of all the different classes I do, Tim's class is definite my favourite, I feel I had a proper workout and I feel great afterwards.

Take the lunge... Tim is energetic and fun through out and definitely keeps you going through the hard times. He can adapt to different abilities and is always coming out with new routines. I really enjoy my classes with him! I definitely recommend him if you want to get fit with a fun instructor that works you hard.

I have been going to Tim's HIT class for a few months. Within a couple of weeks of going I noticed the difference in my body shape and fitness. My stomach is flatter and my VO2 Max rating went up from "good" to "excellent"! Tim pushes you hard but it's completely worth it.

Really good trainer, boot camp class is well planned and easy enough for anyone to adapt to. Fun workouts which are changed all the time so you don't get bored!
