It took about two years for me to gain the confidence to go to the gym, Diwi has helped me get over the first hurdle and start my fitness journey.
His sessions are structured well & I always leave feeling like I have improved my form & fitness.
He carries a great energy around the Gym, which makes you feel comfortable & ready to work out.
