I have been training with Josie for almost 3 years now and strongly believe that she is one of the most experienced trainer around the area.
Josie knows how to motivate me and has managed to make each of my training sessions challenging and entertaining.

i am a mum of two under three and have struggled to get my fitness levels and motivation back to how it was before babies, i have been using Josie since Feb 2018 and she has transformed by body, i train twice a week and love every bit of it, even the swat jumps. Josie customizes workouts so they are fun and work for me and my body, i have suffered with bad wrists and back for years but not once have these areas hurt when training with her. I would thoroughly recommend Josie to anyone who wants to get back in shape.

Combined with the Virtugym/Nutrition For Real App and social community, you are able to monitor exactly what you are eating and how that eating affects your body. I have found the social community that she has created with her personal training fellow customers a huge support as well. You feel that you are not alone. Josie is always quick to monitor your results and answer all and every question that you may have. I cannot recommend her enough. Simply put, there is no quick way of getting the experience and coaching that Josie has.

Wow I have never known such a personal service ,you really feel like Josie cares . I have just got back into fitness after three children and a semi sedentry Job , I felt bombarded with information from the internet etc , but knowing how experienced Josie is and putting my trust in just her after seeing all her client before and after pics ,it has taken all the stress out of a change of lifestyle and given me the confidence to succeed. I am eating more food and better food than i was before , i was always tired and not eating well. It took me a couple of weeks to get into it , but when i started to lose weight even when i didnt think i had been brilliant it has given me an extra boost . Josie, I can’t thank you enough for all of the help you’ve given me.
