Have been working with Matt for a month... In honesty have never considered "remote" training as felt capable of designing my own plans and consider myself motivated. However, Matt has reinvigorated my workouts, introducing a detailed and varied schedule and pushing me to use new equipment. I also strive to improve my performance as I know he is supporting me virtually. My body has definitely changed dramatically and noticeably in the short course of 4 weeks on this plan. I think Matt's service is amazing in terms of value for money, and his support is always readily available should I have any queries about my routine. He reviews my performance post session and updates for the following should he feel I can adjust my goals. I cannot fault the work Matt has guided me through and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to shake up their routine and has the base confidence to navigate the gym. I am enjoying every gruelling workout! Thanks Matt 😀

I started training with Matt early summer 2021 when I was requested to demonstrate my physical ability over at 12 week period, so that I may join the military. Right at the beginning Matt set an action plan catered to my requirements, explaining how everything will work. During the time spent with Matt I saw incredible gains and achievements that I would not have thought possible.
Matt is very dedicated and passionate about the work he does, inspiring others to push themselves past what their mind believe they can do, he is very professional and flexible for those he works with, and will adapt to any circumstances that come his way to help his clients.
I am happy to say that I have passed the requirements to join the Military thanks to Matt and have since carried on training with him!

Matt is one of the best personal trainers around. Not only does he know his stuff but he is also one of the nicest guys you will meet. Strength and conditioning is his specialty but he also is well diverse for all training needs. I would highly recommend mend him to anyone from beginner to experienced. In his time in canterbury he was known as Daddy Matt canterbury’s answer to daddy noel.

Matt is a constant positive, genial and motivating presence. I worked with him from the first day I set foot into the gym.
Matt had a action plan for us from the outset with achievable goals. With his help, we were able to completely smash these goals and carry myself to a height I never thought possible in such a short time.
He is very knowledgeable (particularly in weight lifting/free weights) and patient for novice lifters like myself. He takes great care to adjust form and educate in all areas of fitness, whether that be utilising machines correctly, nutritional requirements and building a positive and self-improving mindset.
All in all, an excellent trainer, and an even better person. Really pushes you to be the best you can be, whilst still remaining patient and eager to celebrate your successes!

It will make you work hard, but the sessions with him are so funny that you won't even feel the fatigue. He will make you challenge your limits and overcome them. I would have put 6 stars if I could!
