Donna has been so much more than a personal trainer for me, she is inspirational, motivating and a confidant. I have grown in strength and confidence under her guidance.
During lockdown Donna and her determination kept me on track with our zoom workouts.
Hand on heart she has pushed me to places I never thought I could go but I’m so glad she did as I never would have got there on my own, I have learned so much from our one on one sessions and I’m improving with each session we have.
I cannot recommend Donna highly enough , not only for helping me with achieving my fitness goals but helping me with improving being mentally healthy too.

I had my first ever PT session and this was with Donna, having never had a PT session in my life I didn't know what to expect but Donna made me feel at ease from the start, she is really friendly and listened to what I can and can't do and allowed me to have breaks when needed but at the same time motivating me to push further. I can't wait for our next session. I highly recommend Donna, she works so hard to support her clients achieve their goals and I can't wait to be able to have more sessions with her.

I have known of Donna for some time and seen the results in her training with a friend of mine. I've been in and out of the gym most of my life. In that time I've had two male PT's and an old school boxer! Who's father had to literally fight for his own job on the London docks. This time round I had lost motivation and knew I needed help to start getting back on track. I also knew I didn't want to deal with someone's ego. Donna is great fun! Relaxed and full of enthusiasm. No ego, you go to your limit until you're ready for your next challenge; making the experience of training enjoyable and you want to achieve. Donna knew of my previous injuries but she is the first person to pick up my bodies reaction in its self preservation when training...you're not just getting the session you pay for with Donna. You get the enthusiasm, the effort, knowledge, network of other professionals; It's all linked in a way that perhaps other PT's may lack.
I wanted to add an update to my review. Can't believe It's been 8 months. Continue to train with Donna and want to budget for the foreseeable future. Life and work gets in the way sometimes but that's okay. Donna has a great sense of humour and it's always great to catch up! Its worth having yourself a PT for accountability, if you are like me and struggle to keep your workouts a routine. Sessions are going great and the online program that Donna changes according to where I and her other clients are according to their strengths and with my past injuries keeps me from plateauing

I was looking for PT who was able to understand my limitations since having some surgery. Donna from resilience PT got in contact promptly following my inital enquiry she booked me an assessment appointment soon after where we discussed what I wanted to achieve.
I initially thought I would prefer to exercise at home but on reflection using the facilities at CORE gym has made the range of workouts I can achieve more varied and challenging, so this was great advice and the programmes have been varied every week.
Within a week of my enquiry I had my first session booked and when I arrived Donna had already researched rehabilitation exercises to ensure that I was safe when exercising and that didn't hinder my surgery recovery. I was elated with this and impressed with her knowledge. The exercises have in fact boosted my recovery.
I was very nervous at first and Donna met me at the entrance of the gym the first few times for support. With Donna's encouragement and positive attitude I was soon confident going in to the gym by myself *also of note, the staff at the CORE gym are all friendly and welcoming.
I am now able to achieve some basic weights and my fitness is getting better with each session. My goals may be different to some others at the gym. But I am achieving my goals.
I have found Donna to be supportive, understanding and encouraging. This was exactly what I needed in my life. I only wish I had found the courage to do it sooner.
