I would highly recommend Ryan as a PT- Ryan has given me the confidence to use the gym, along with showing me how to do so.
Ryan is very patient and understanding. I always come away from our sessions feeling I’ve achieved good goals and eager to get back to the gym.
Ryan is a brilliant PT - he gave me the confidence and passion to train again, he has a calming manner and not judgemental in any way, buts know how and when to push you when you need it. Ryan is also very knowledgeable with all aspects of fitness and diets. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
I needed to change how I was feeling about myself as I was constantly feeling down and hating myself. I've always loved exercising but have struggled with my relationship with food, and Ryan has been able to give support, offer encouragement and talk about his own personal experiences and journey to better himself. I use our sessions as time to reflect positively on myself and how far I've come, I'm still working hard to think of myself in a positive way but I'm on the right path. I always look forward to our sessions. Ryan is professional, kind, motivating and a real human being with compassion. I honestly can't thank him enough! And highly recommend him to everyone and anyone who is wanting to better themselves without the risk of judgement.
As someone who has avoided gyms and exercise most of my life I needed a trainer who could help me get some confidence to even be in a gym, to do the right exercises and not under or over do things. I also wanted a coach who understood the struggles of diet and exercise. I researched well and after a chat with Ryan to get to know him, I decided to take the plunge. After around 6 weeks, averaging a couple of sessions a week I can confidently say that Ryan was perfect for what I needed. I would recommend getting in contact with him and having a chat which I know he offers with no obligations.
Ryan is very approachable, understanding and professional. I look forward to our sessions and have noticed considerable change to, not only my body but my confidence in general. I would recommend him to anyone that wants to improve themselves without the anxiety of exercising in public.
Ryan is a PT who genuinely cares about your needs as an individual. On the first contact I made with Ryan I was honest about my fitness levels, Physical and Mental health conditions and my goals and he wasn’t judgemental at all and actually had some experience and knowledge about my conditions. I am on my 4th session and have made really good progress already thanks to Ryans knowledge and patience. I would highly recommend Ryan to anyone who is nervous or worried about making the first step.
Me and my wife always look forward to our sessions with Ryan. Being able to train together helps us to keep motivated. Ryan is the best and only PT I would want to work with as he is genuinely one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. No matter what you goal is he can help and recommend him to everyone.
I found Ryan using the bark website and I can honestly say thank god I did. I was in a desperate situation overweight and very unfit and worst of all I didn’t fit into my wedding dress ! I turned up to my first session nervous and I had no confidence. Fast forward 2 months and my whole attitude to exercise has changed and it’s all down to Ryan. Not only is he encouraging, motivating and knowledgeable he is a lovely person and has helped me with my body demons I really am a changed person ! Whilst I know I’m not at my final goal yet I will get there and that is what Ryan teaches you. Best of all I got into my dress, thank you Ryan you’ve helped me more then you know 😊
I’ve made the ‘I’m going to do something about my weight’ decision so many times over the past 10 years. Taken the before photos and started a fad diet.... I’m still very much overweight! In April this year I made that same decision again, but this time I found Ryan.
I was petrified about seeing a personal trainer as thought they would judge me, but Ryan didn’t at all, he sympathised and gave me confidence that I could do this.
Not only has Ryan helped me lose weight and get fit but he has made exercising enjoyable and kept me motivated to keep training 4-5 times a week for the past 6 months (I’ve never kept at something for so long!). He also did a nutrition lesson to ensure I am now eating the right things to help me with my goal.
Ryan has most definitely changed my life... I will get those after photos with his help!
Ryan is a brilliant listener who works with you to achieve your fitness goals. i have been working with Ryan now for approximately 10 months in that time i have become noticeably fitter and healthier, all with Ryans help. i cannot reccomend him hughly enough. he does understand just how daunting taking that first step is.
I have seen many personal trainers over the years, and Ryan is the best I have worked with by some distance. He is helping me to achieve goals which I thought were out of reach. Highly recommended.
