Sam is a great PT.... puts you at ease straight away and works with you to develop a tailor made plan and helps identify the habits that aren't helping. Not only has he helped with my physical fitness, but he helps focus on your mentality.... which is what helps set him apart from most other PTs. Do not hesitate!

I was always very slim, but due to covid and the lockdowns I was not working or playing any form of sports and put on the weight and got severally depressed. I met Sammy through a friend of a friend and he was such a welcoming kind man. We sat down had a discussion about what I wanted and he wrote me and diet plan. I told him I’m not too keen on certain foods and he Tailored my needs. He gave me an 8 week plan and helped me lose weight, build muscle & feel confident again!
I would highly recommend Sammy. He is very friendly, understanding and motivating and very good to talk to about anything.
