T. J.I have trained and consulted about fitness/ mobility with Steve for around 10 years and couldn’t have asked for a better PT! He got me through multiple Spartan races, the London marathon and 3 white collar boxing fights- all by adjusting my training programs, managing injuries and advising on nutrition. The best thing of all is he focused on exercises I enjoyed e.g. pad work and HIIT which motivated me to also train in my spare time. I would highly recommend Steve to any new potential clients.

L. A.I started one to one PT sessions with Steve in January, as I had issues with collapsing knees and ankles and unstable feet during Olympic lifts. I also have tight hip flexors which affected depth in the lifts. Over 8 months Steve made me a weekly mobility plan all delivered on his app so I could work on my mobility at home in my own time. In our PT sessions we worked on my movement and form, making sure my feet were placed in the correct position and I was braced for the move to avoid injury.
Thanks to Steve my mobility and movement has improved massively over the last 8 months and I cannot recommend him enough 😊
N. A.I’ve used Steve for years now, Steve has an excellent knowledge base, very good at listening and understanding your goals and requirements. Since I’ve been having weekly sessions with Steve I’ve massively increased my strength , range of movement and targeted event specific strengths along with keeping my core strength in balance along with extended movement. I would highly recommend Steve Jarrett to help you achieve your fitness goals 👍👍👍
