It was an absolute pleasure to train with Rosie! She is the loveliest girl, full of positivity and enthusiasm and will motivate you to try your hardest. Having been going to the gym for years myself, she introduced new exercises I was unfamiliar with and I have now incorporated a number of these into my routines to switch things up and target areas I used to avoid. I would highly recommend Rosie’s services to anyone who feels they need an extra push to achieve their goals. Thank you again x x x

1 What was/were the main goals/challenges you wanted to tackle? The relief of muscle strain that was caused by playing rugby, at least 2-3 times a week, in particular around the knee area. 2 What else did you get from our work together? A very chatty friendly environment that I felt comfortable to continually come back to. 3 What did you gain most from the sessions? I gained a greater flexibility from the sessions, to continually train and play rugby entering my mid 20’s. 4 What were your successes which came about as a result of my training? A rehabilitation from previous injury that allowed for an accelerated return to match performance after being unable to play for two months. 5 Would you recommend me? If so, what stood out about me, what would you recommend me for? Highly recommendable, very professional and welcoming atmosphere. All equipment was new and comfortable to use. 6 What are my strengths or personal qualities? Politeness and friendly demeaner, which makes building a professional relationship very easy.

We worked with Vitality Hub on a 12 week project, for our residents (over 55s) to take part in gentle sitting exercises. The project was well received by residents, who thoroughly enjoyed the sessions. It also assisted in allowing residents the time to socialise. The Instructors were friendly, well informed and professional.

Rosie’s Pembury class is a joyous, fun and active hour, with good music and good company. But the dance/movement/exercises are serious and not light hearted fooling around. I look forward to Thursdays.

I asked Rosaria to help me with my strength & posture following a nasty sporting accident in my teens which left me with a broken spine and subsequent titanium fixings and bone grafts. She was so knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed. The sessions were hard (which is what I wanted) and pushed me to my full capabilities, breaking the fear of exercise which I had previously. All other PT’s had been too scared to work with my injury! I will definitely use Vitality Hub again and highly recommend her to anyone else who has any significant injury and needs more support and specialist PT sessions.
