Wilder Fitness are fantastic and I can't recommend them enough.
I've been working with Michele for almost 3 months now, and beforehand I'd never managed to stick to a regular exercise routine, nevermind enjoy it. My fitness was holding me back on some of the trips I wanted to go on. Michele listened to my aims and put together a plan and showed me how to use equipment in areas of the gym that I'd never ventured into before. She has a coaching style that's supportive and encouraging and enables me to achieve more than I have before. I went into it expecting to hate the gym and force myself to go, but now I actively look forward to our sessions. Between sessions, tracking my progress on the Wilder Fitness app keeps me motivated, and Michele is always quick to respond to queries. She and Graziella are an inspiration and always positive and welcoming people to meet in the gym. They put in a huge amount of work to make everyone feel part of the team, both in person and on social media.
Even though I'm only a few months in, I'm already seeing meaningful progress and I can't wait to see what I can achieve going forward. Thank you so much!

Graziella of Wilder Fitness is a fantastic PT! She’s taught me the importance of correct form when training, which has really helped me gain confidence when completing workouts by myself. I've had Michele as a PT now for around 6 months and she has been incredible to work with. I struggled with huge amounts of anxiety when it came to the gym and never thought I'd set foot in one, but after I approached Michele and asked for her support and guidance I now look forward to every session I have with her.
Having been with her for so long now, it feels more like I'm going to see a mate now, which is such a nice dynamic to have between a PT and client.

Graziella of Wilder Fitness is THE BEST! I’ve always been into fitness but never known what works best for my body type and Graz has taught me so much already! We came across Wilder Fitness through Puregym, their gym classes were always 10/10 so we knew automatically that 1-1 with them would be amazing. Gaz is absolutely hilarious and Michele is super lovely both make you feel very comfortable and put you at ease. Me and my sister were very anxious to use and try out equipments and wanted to get familiar with them and these both lovely ladies really helped us by coming up with a plan and showing us step by step now we feel comfortable to go on our own and do these work outs! During session i feel like i am dying and think to myself “ cant do this” but they both always support us and make sure we can and then at the end of the session we feel amazing and proud we completed it! I also feel comfortable knowing i am doing my session with female trainers as they also understand how a woman body goes through changes and give amazing advice on how to help with changes or anything else related to ladies issues! I would definitely recommend Wilder Fitness to all my friends and family!

Graz was my main personal trainer and she was amazing. Every single step of the way, she wants to help- with achievable goals and constant support. Her sessions were hard work, but she never pushes you past your limits, she just tests them so you always come away filled with endorphins and a sense of achievement. Michele and Graz offer nutritional guidance too, tailored to you, and take a genuine interest in your well-being. I cannot recommend Wilder Fitness enough.

Where to start…..
Myself and my wife have been searching for a PT for a long time after putting on weight during Covid. We tried many PTs and weight loss programs that just didn’t work for us… We then found Wilder Fitness with only 11 weeks to go before our wedding, which already seemed like a short time frame however we went for it, and we are so pleased we did. We thought our goals would be out of reach however Michele showed us that we could reach those goals with dedication and motivation, however I feel that those goals were only achieved due to having an outstanding PT. We are planning on starting our family after our honeymoon and we will continue to work with Wilder Fitness to get fitter and healthier. We never thought we would say this but we actually miss the gym.
Over 11 weeks I lost 12.5kg and my wife lost 8.6kg, which was incredible. More importantly we felt amazing on our wedding day and felt so good in ourself. Boosting our confidence in ourselves and overall more happy. We are now currently on our honeymoon however looking forward to continuing our weight loss journey with Wilder Fitness on our return and excited to see our long term results after amazing short term results. On top of this, I have dropped two trouser sizes which feels amazing and my work uniform is now big!
Both Michele and Graz are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what they do, I feel this is important to see within a PT, that they are enjoying what they do and seeing the results in their clients..
Michele’s nutritional advice has also been outstanding where she has been able to not only provide us with workouts and PT sessions but keep us on track with the nutritional side. We had a dip around week 5 where we struggled however Michele pushed us through and we came out the other side with amazing results.
We really recommend Wilder Fitness to anyone with short term or long term goals as you really will get the results that you want.

I highly recommend Wilder Fitness, it's been 10+ years since I last stepped foot into a gym so when I made the decision to improve my health and fitness I knew that I couldn't just walk back in have an induction and off I go. So I took a deep breath and decided that I needed to invest in myself and get a personal trainer. I'm not sure which was more nerve wrecking walking back into the gym or my first PT session!!! Michele is fantastic she is calm, patient, very personable, extremely knowledgeable and not intimidating. Michele has tailored the PT sessions to my own personal needs and fitness level she will always explain why we are going to use the equipment and which area it's going to work on the body and will always demonstrate it first she is supportive and encouraging during our sessions.
It didn't take her long to see how my body moves and responds she sees my strengths and weaknesses and she definitely makes me work through them and push myself more than what I would do if I just went to the gym on my own with no PT guidance at all. I'm quite a shy person but when I'm in my PT session I'm completely in the zone and I don't worry about what's going on around me it also gives me the confidence to workout alone on the days outside of my PT sessions. We are now three months in and my body is starting to change shape, I have more energy, I'm getting stronger and my body confidence is improving, for me personally it's not a quick fix this is a long journey with its ups and downs but Michele keeps me going and works me hard I always feel that I have worked out afterwards it's a good feeling.

My 1st memory of Grats and Michelle was there smiling faces on a training session together. Seeing their connection and hard work was inspiring.
I started with little knowledge of weights and how to achieve my goals. With Grats as my PT and Michelle as my nutritionalist I never looked back.
Their dedication, support, knowledge, sense of fun and commitment to achieve my goal to feel fabulous at 50 was immense. I enjoyed every step of the journey even the tough sessions and hard work. I was blown away with how my body shape changed and how I felt about myself.
Throughout lockdown I got involved in the online zoom classes, every day It was such a great feeling knowing I had something to keep my fitness going. The energy and dedication these two have will blow you away.
I have learnt so much from Grats and Michelle. It's changed my attitude and way of thinking about food, weights, my weight, and what I can do. My confidence just grew throughout the journey.
I would highly recommend anyone, of any level no matter what your goal or level is, these two will accommodate and help you every step of the way. They work you hard but within your own limits. The sessions are tough but fun and I guarantee you won't be disappointed. Wilder fitness thank you x ❤️

For context, before I met Michele, while looking for gyms and PTs, I was crying entering a gym and social settings due to anxiety. Now, doesn’t faze me.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Michele for about 9 months now and I couldn’t be more grateful for her help! When I decided to work with a PT, I really lacked confidence in the gym and had no idea how to build an effective programme. Being vegan myself, it was also fantastic to find a vegan PT who understood plant based nutrition.
Michele immediately made me feel comfortable and has been incredibly supportive over the past few months. She recognised very early on that I had an imbalance in my hips and referred me to a physio. After seeing him, she put together a new programme to even out the muscle strength in the area (alongside wearing insoles) and it’s now completely fixed! I’m so grateful as if she hadn’t noticed, it would have caused mobility issues down the line.
She switched up my programmes regularly enough that I wouldn’t get bored but with enough time in between that I could really notice progress. I couldn’t recommend working with Wilder Fitness more and I will miss working with Michele now that I’m moving away from Maidstone.

Since training with Graziella of Wilder Fitness, I have seen positive changes to my body shape and fitness levels. I always wanted to go to the gym but never dared so when I put a foot first time in the gym a year ago just to ask how it's working I went home with a membership and few choices of PT's. So I contacted Wilder fitness and I ended up with Graziella as my PT. I gained a lot confidence being in the gym, I like what I see in the mirror and I am stronger day by day... when i say "i can't do it" she says " you can do more then you think". She always tells me "if you want to reach your goals you have to be consistent, nutrition and training they both go hand in hand". If you're searching for a personal trainer, I definitely suggest Graziella . For the past few months, I've been training with Graziella twice a week. I wanted to have fun at the gym while also improving my confidence. I had previously lost interest in going since I didn't know how to prepare. The courses were enjoyable and suited to my specific need. Graziella also explains the science behind the workout/exercise, which helps me learn more about how to stay fit and healthy.
I've met my first objective, and I now look forward to each session.
Graziella is both professional and personable. She seemed to be really concerned about my improvement.

I have had quite a few sessions with Michele from wilder Fitness and she has helped me so much.
Before i started my pt sessions I would felt nervous about going to the gym on my own and using the weight machines but now i am much for confident and feel a lot happier using the gym equipment.

I recently had 12 PT Fitness sessions with Wilder Fitness and enjoyed the journey very much.
Before starting the sessions I have always struggled to find a program to keep myself engaged and motivated. Weightloss has also been a struggle for me and since having my daughter it hadn't really budged. I had low energy, not much confidence in what my body was capable of, and needed to find me again and do something for myself. I knew I needed to do something and saw how well my sister had progressed with Wilder Fitness herself.
My first session was with Michelle and she took me through some exercises so she could see my strengths and weakness and what I needed to work on. Something that I liked straight away was the encouragement, which made me feel like I could achieve it (even if I hadn't got it 100%). I also really like that the sessions were in their home gym and I wasn't surrounded by a lot of gym people, as that is something I was always a bit nervous of, but feel it's something I can Work towards now.
The other sessions I had were with Graziella due to times not always matching up, but they were both very flexible and accommodating. The one thing I found most useful was the education behind the movements and exercises and both coaches gave good feedback and corrections.
It was a brilliant balance of being pushed, motivated and encouraged to keep going and the result paid off way more than I could imagine. I had nutrition help as well and that helped me a lot to understand what I needed to fuel my body.
At the end of the 12 sessions I had lost 1stone and 4lbs. I have a lot more energy, feel more confident in what my body can do and how it is starting to change shape.
These two ladies are fantastic and really know their clients needs and I can't recommend them enough. If you feel a bit hesitant like I felt, then give them a try and I'm sure you won't look back.
I am going to continue to be working with Wilder Fitness online as I move abroad.

I trained with Wilder Fitness as I really appreciate the difference that training with a PT makes. Always felt good after a session. Definitely went beyond what I believed my limits were. They really make you work hard and are super professional. In a different gym would have been better. But overall a nice experience.

Before starting with Wilder Fitness I struggled to walk up the stairs, I couldn't do 1 squat without assistance to pull myself back up. I had put on a lot of weight and my joints were suffering. I've now been training with them since Feb 2020 and I've noticeably lost weight and began to tone in places. Even through lockdown, Michele and Graziella motivated me via video call. I leave the gym feeling such a sense of achievement as they encourage me to approach new things I never would have without them. I am encouraged constantly to push myself and I feel fantastic for it. I've been doing their online classes via zoom for a few weeks now and having never really done anything like this was a bit apprehensive at first but took the plunge and was made to feel welcome straight away. The classes are easy to follow and theres lots of encouragement from Michele and Graz in the class and on their facebook page. I love the sense of community there is on here. Theres plenty of support and advice anout wellbeing and fitness and I'm really getting into shape and started more classes etc. I feel so much better about myself physically and mentally as i retake control of my body. Before I started (training with Wilder) I had so many personal problems, a lot of work stress and on top of that I was 10 kg overweight.
At the beginning it can be hard, especially if you haven’t exercised for a long time, you can tend to give up easily, you think you are not able to deal with a lot of weight, and as soon as you feel a little bit tired you think you reached your maximum. But if you follow your PT's advise you soon realise your potential.
My time training is like my oasis, if I’m tired or stressed or in a bad mood, once I start training I leave everything behind and when I finish, even after a complicated day in the office and a very hard and intense training session, I feel renewed and sleep a lot better.
They (Wilder) are good in their business, they know what needs to be done and they can measure your potential, sometimes even better than you can, so if you have decided to achieve a goal, what ever it is (becoming lean, fit, stronger, etc), just be focused, don’t cheat yourself, don’t give up and you will see amazing changes and then you will want more.
