Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Adam for showing us great functional exercises in the gym with resistance which I was afraid to try before. As a PT he’s encouraging, knowledgeable and genuinely helping us reach our fitness & health goals. I’m feeling much stronger and motivated!
Adam has customised an individual training for my friend & I with nutritional plan and lots of extra support which I’m super grateful for.
If you’re looking for a professional guidance he’s the right guy! Plus we have a laugh at every training which makes sessions fun 😃
Adam is a great trainer and I enjoy every session with him! He is really knowledgeable and passionate about everything that he does. Me and my friend started working out with Adam a few weeks ago and he helped us to get comfortable at the gym. The workouts are great and I always look forward to our sessions together!
Adam is a fantastic trainer that has helped me become more confident in what I’m doing at the gym. The encouragement and support he has provided has allowed me to be more comfortable and at ease while working out, he has shown an empathy to what I can achieve and where I need to focus. He has provided a consistent schedule and a dietary plan with varied and interesting meals to assist alongside with my goals. A definite must as a trainer based in the city centre.
Started training with Adam around 6 weeks ago, already starting to see a visible difference. The workouts are varied week to week and have a decent level of challenge and are also enjoyable. Adam is really helpful and often offers hints and tips while in the gym, even outside of a pt session. Adam also frequently checks in to see how I am doing with scheduled workouts, this has really helped with my motivation and sticking to the program.
I’ve been training with Adam since December and he’s built my confidence massively. We sat down and discussed what was wanted and Adam made a personal training plan that you can access via an app and also went through nutrition and has been there to offer advice on support on both.
Previously I’d tend not to use the free weights, due to feeling intimidated, straight away the work outs were in all different parts of the gym, free weights being one of them and he built my confidence up from day one, now I’ll happily use them and have been shown how to correctly.
Adam’s very friendly and personable and is more than willing to work with you when things are difficult, not only that, but he’s there for you to talk to with any problems you may have as well, be it gym related or more personal issues. He wants the best for everyone in his team.

Ad is a fantastic personal trainer and an all round good guy! When I started working with him I was seeing a physiotherapist for an ongoing shoulder problem and Ad helped me with those exercises, extending them and ensuring that I was always using good form. He has since been very mindful of my limitations when developing our personal gym plan to avoid future injury.
Ad’s sessions are challenging and varied with a mixture of body work, weights and machine exercises, always with a focus on good form. He demonstrates his expertise at all times and I feel very confident in his hands. He also goes the extra mile with personal dietary advice, weekly check-ins and an app to offer between-session workouts and track progress.
As a complete beginner with limited gym experience Ad has made me feel much more confident using the space and equipment, and I have more motivation now than ever before. Thanks Ad!
I decided to seek input from Adam as I had become bored and felt stagnant within my gym routine. Adam redesigned my training plan and I started to enjoy going to the gym again. He's extremely knowledgable and tailors the programme to suit your individual goals. I would definitely recommend Adam to anyone, at any level within their training. He's a great trainer and I've made an amazing friend too!
Adam is a really friendly guy, and has helped me understand all different aspects in the gym. He has massively helped my confidence on using the equipment by myself.
I injured one of the ligaments in my knee over the summer and was struggling to get back into the gym and build up my strength and fitness in a safe way - so I started working with Adam a few times a week and I’m so pleased with the results so far - I’ve gotten stronger and fitter and back into leg day and Adam’s worked everything around the physio that I’m doing for my knee. He’s given me excellent advice about form, nutrition and is always available for any questions I have. I have a packed schedule studying Medicine but he’s always allowed me to be flexible and shifts around sessions to suit me. He’s helped me think more about correcting imbalances, and making sure my body develops in a proportionate way that’ll give me long term benefits for my fitness and he never overtrains. I’d highly recommend working with Adam, whatever your goals are - he’s helped me form some great habits and make me feel good about myself in the gym again!
I started training with Adam as I'd fallen out of love with the gym, and with that, lost confidence in weight training, and what equipment I felt comfortable using.
It was the best decision I made to get back into the swing of things having Adam as a PT. Not only have I regained confidence in myself, but my workouts are move varied, I'm mentally and physically stronger and I've made a great friend.
Adam goes above and beyond as a PT, taking on part time responsibilities such as therapist, confidence booster, educator, physiotherapist, dietitian, and he's always been there for me - no matter what time of day.
What a guy! Would deffo recommend.
