He gives solid, professional advice backed up by science (not online fads) but he is a warm and likeable guy who makes it easy to understand. Alex is extremely knowledgable and passionate when it comes to training people. He takes his time to ensure you understand how to do each exercise and also how you will benefit physically from doing so. He is good at motivating you and pushing you to get the next rep/ achieving a new personal best. Training with him has made me feel more comfortable in my own skin but also in training in the weights section of a gym which is something I wouldn’t have felt comfortable doing before.

What can I say. Alex completely understood my personal circumstances and designed my plan to cater for it. He was so friendly from the start and put my nerves at ease. My goal was to build my muscle mass and put on weight. My body shape has changed, I feel like I have developed so much from what I would call skinny to a size I now feel so much more confidence in myself, I can clearly see the gains. My plans were a good mixture of working different body parts which really kept me interested. Alex is always there to listen to me and change things on my plan where it seemed fit. A top quality PT who clearly knows what he is doing, highly recommended using Alex for a PT!

Was nervous about exercising but needed to do something due to gaining weight during lockdown and middle age spread. Alex was really knowledgeable and patient with me whilst explaining exercise and diet plans . He demonstrated all the exercises and made sure I knew what I was doing and why I was doing each particular exercise .
Alex is friendly and professional and really good value for money I would definitely recommend him if you want to lose some weight and tone up your muscles .
