Working with Matt has played a huge part in healing my relationship with exercise. Matt has a great deal of knowledge surrounding personal training, which is incredibly powerful and inspiring. He motivated me to want to lift heavier, become stronger, and more confident. I’d recommend working with Matt if you are looking for that accountability, he is honest, and brutal at times, but always has your best interest at heart and genuinely has a huge desire to help his clients. I have grown so much in even just the past two month working with Matt, I can lift heavier, but more importantly than that, I am happier within myself, I understand the importance of taking care of my body, and I have incorporated habits into my daily routine with Matt’s help. The service he offers is impeccable. The accountability really does work wonders, I am so consistent now!
Working with Matt really helped me get back into the gym routine. Having that accountability each week really made me work hard. Matt is full of great knowledge which gave me confidence to try new exercises which I hadn’t tried before. I had next to no understanding of diet which Matt gave good advise on where I was always going wrong. I cannot recommend him enough! Cheers pal.

Matt helped me learn what needed to be done inside and outside of the gym to get the goals I wanted. I lost weight whilst gaining a better physique and came out of my time with Matt more knowledgeable about working out and nutrition to take forward, whether that was by myself or with more lessons.
Would highly recommend from new starters who don’t know what they’re doing to those like me who went to the gym on and off for years and thought they knew what to do get what they want.
I’ve been only been working with Matt for 1 month but in this short time I have seen fantastic results to my body, weight, energy and mindset. Matt tailored the program to meet my overall goals and set a number of smaller targets to drive success. I see him twice a week for workout sessions but he also provides regular check-ins to ensure things are on track. In addition to the workouts he also set weight, step and macro targets all of which support the overall program. Matt is really knowledgeable, approachable and supportive - having someone to help my focus and keep me motivated has been great. He doesn’t just offer an exercise program - he offers a tailored lifestyle plan which is both sustainable and achievable. I’m really looking forward to future months and would highly recommend Matt.
The program Matt created and guided me through has been a life changing experience. On a purely numbers basis I smashed all my targets and then the stretch targets too. Down 12Kg, 5 inches off my waist, so much stronger, achieving PBs on bike and rowing machine. Not bad considering I turned 60 last week. More than the numbers my mental health has benefited greatly and I’m sleeping better than I have for years.
Don’t get me wrong, I put the work in and stuck to the program, but I would never have done it on my own.
Finally I have created habits that I will maintain and am confident the changes I have made are for the long term.
Having only started with Matt for a few weeks I am already seeing positive progress not only physically but mentally too. He has helped me to overcome barriers in the gym and gave lots of advice on nutrition too with access to so many resources online. He isn’t your typical PT and you get the sense he cares about your progress just as much (if not more) than you. If you’re considering speaking to him, go for it! You’ll never look back.
I've been working with Matt for a number of weeks & honestly I can't recommend him enough! From the online resource, to meal ideas and to actually caring more about your weight than you do the service is impeccable! If you're looking for a fresh start, some motivation or guidance, he's your man.
