I trained with David for around 6 months as I was looking to increase my strength and build muscle mass but was making little progress on my own. David developed a personalised plan and worked with me to get to a place where I’m making good progress and have the confidence and ability to continue my fitness journey independently. David is such an amazing PT! He’s really invested in his clients and always tailors the session to how your feeling or if you’ve got any injuries.
Since starting with David I’ve lost over 4 inches on my waist and fit comfortably in my wedding dress. He’s really friendly and easy to get along with, would highly recommend him to anyone!

I started working with David after surgery for a serious sports injury about 4 years ago. He was able to help me through the rehab process, bringing me back up to full fitness and adapting a workout program to enable me to train whilst working around ongoing issues from that injury. He's great at knowing when to push and when to give you a bit of leeway and he's always positive and encouraging, even when progress is slow. He's also good at mixing up workouts so you don't get bored and so that you're always challenged and setting new targets.

I contacted David, having never had a PT or gone regularly to the gym before, to help me lose weight and build some muscle, as well as demonstrate proper techniques and get me acquainted with the gym. Three months’ training later, with breaks in between due to Covid, I’m delighted with the results. David set a lifting exercise plan which was not only enjoyable, but got results really quite quickly. Now, I’m going to the gym regularly, lifting ever more, with a clear, fun yet challenging plan from David. I’d highly recommend him to anyone wanting to improve their fitness and body!

My PT journey with David started in June 2019 till September 2020. It was my first experience of PT training and my original goal was to lose some weight following a daily calorie counter and it wasn’t long before I achieved my ideal weight.
Then I set another goal which was to obtain more definition and then again I was thrilled when I also achieved this. David’s expertise and constant input has been fundamental in my transformational journey. David is not just a highly experienced and skilled PT he is also a very special human being with a high degree of moral integrity and work ethic alike, very rare qualities to have in this very competitive field.

I started working with David about 6 months ago with the goal of gaining weight and strength, having almost no experience with weight training. David explained a lot of excercises, helped me follow a healthier diet. The results are amazing, the pictures speak for themselves.

David is a very good PT. He specialises in transforming you, with a varied and highly targeted exercise plan. He is extremely conscious of your needs, is patient and a good motivator. I've slowly lost 2 and half stone, with good healthy calorie controlled eating, no diets, lost 6 inches from my hips and waist, and just one PT session per week. It's easy with David your trainer keeping u focused. Good value per session. Well recommended

I had David as a trainer for nearly 3 years. When I first started I was extremely anxious in the gym and only ever used the running machine. From the moment I began our sessions David made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease. I told him how I felt and what I wanted out of our sessions. He was extremely understanding and each week organised different sessions that focused on my individual needs and goals. Gradually with the support of David I built up the confidence to use different machines and set up different workouts when I came to the gym on my own. David is very approachable and will accommodate to suit you. I've been training with David for a couple of years now and the results have been amazing. When I first started training I was in a bad state where I couldn't even walk properly and was feeling down 24/7. David helped me better myself by doing specific training that he knew was suitable for me and that would help me with the problems I was having. Now a couple of years later my confidence is at it's most high and I'm physically stronger than I have ever been.

I approached David in the gym as I wasn’t really achieving any goals and wanted to give my body more shape and tone. David put a weight loss and tone plan in place which I stuck to religiously and have to say the results so far are astonishing. I have lost over half a stone, toned up and built muscle.
