I have been taking part in Adam’s classes for many years now and time and time again I have loved them. He is extremely knowledgable, plans out his classes effectively, dedicates a lot of time to people - all of which you want to see in a personal / group fitness trainer. His workouts have the ability to challenge all individuals at different levels. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Give one of his sessions a go and you won’t be disappointed.

Would highly recommend Adam to anybody thinking about their fitness and training needs. He is very friendly, motivating and incredibly knowledgeable about all areas of personal fitness. Adam's classes are well structured, so that people of all fitness levels can achieve their goals. Training early on a Saturday morning might not sound appealing to everyone, but Adam's classes are so varied, fulfilling and enjoyable that I'd really look forward to them every single week. Hoping to be back at Bootcamp in the near future!

I consulted Adam after a series of injuries to regain a basic level of fitness and improve my strength. I was blown away by his knowledge and his approach to training, having played football myself to a professional standard in my youth, I learnt so many important things from him. My results were fantastic and I cannot recommend Adam highly enough, from nutrition to weight training or just enjoying an active lifestyle, his knowledge is enormous.

Highly recommend Adam, very knowledgeable, personable and clearly very passionate about what he does. Goes out his way to tailor programmes specific to your training goals. I started with Adam in the run up to taking part in my first marathon, wanting some input in how to strengthen/condition my muscles in preparation. He keep training goal specific and interesting, adjusting regularly so programmes don’t get boring. Adam is a lovely guy and I recommend to people of all fitness abilities.

I trained with Adam for almost 2 years and saw amazing results!!
When I started I had problems with sciatica and within only a few weeks I saw a huge improvement thanks to a specific exercise programme which Adam tailored for me.
Adam made exercise fun & even on the days where I was not at all motivated he made sure we got through it.
My exercise programmes were always varied, working all my muscle groups & ensuring it wasn’t repetitive.
Adam worked round my schedule & we even took our sessions to the park so I could continue exercising while the kids were on school holidays.
I cannot recommend Adam enough, he is patient, motivating, incredibly knowledgeable & makes exercise fun.

I started personal training with Adam after a major hand operation had left me with no strength whatsoever in my arm. I couldn’t lift the kettle unless it had less than two cups of tea in it and just going down on all fours at the first session my arm shook like a leaf. I am pleased to say I can now not only lift a full kettle but can also lift a few kgs and am determined to keep going after seeing the effect exercise has had on my strength and fitness levels in my every day life. I have really enjoyed working with Adam. He takes time to think of exercises that are varied but suitable for your strength and fitness levels and spends time showing you how to do exercises safely so you don’t injure yourself. I only wish I had the money to see him for personal training on a weekly basis for life! He has now set me up to a point where I know I can go into a gym and have the strength to use some of the machines.

Top guy and great classes and individual PT. Adam is very knowledgeable about all aspects of fitness - from building muscle, losing fat to pushing through plateaus in specfic areas. He is also helpful at coaching through any niggly injuries, with stretches or exercise variations.

I've been going to Adams classes for around 18 months. The classes are really well run and every week there is such a variety of exercises to keep you interested and engaged with training. Adam is really welcoming and explains everything really clearly so people of all abilities should be really confident in coming to his classes. He always has ideas too if you need to adapt exercises for any reason.
I'd highly recommend the boxfit and circuits classes as these are the ones I've taken part in.

Having done barely any excise I started Adams class 1.5 years ago. LOVE his classes!!. He's motivational, professional, Knowledgeable and a genuine nice guy. I started with Adam as a PT client, to get fit. With Adam's support I went from a "can't run for 2 minutes" to running a half marathon.
During lockdown I switched to Adams Saturday morning bootcamps. These are great, varied, and allow everyone to work at their own level, and around any injuries they may have. Adam will spend time ensuring you always have the correct technique whilst keeping the whole group motivated.
There is a great mix of "regulars" and newbies, and everyone is equally welcome.

I have been working with Adam for a few years now, personal training, boxfit, online classes and bootcamp. Adam has really helped to bring my strength and fitness up and also offers good nutrition advice too. His classes offer a range of exercises for every level as well as pushing you to your fittest. Adam is a fantastic personal trainer. He quickly understood my fitness levels, drive and goals and gave me appropriate programmes, pushing me harder when he thought he could and dropping off when he spotted difficulty or fatigue. Adam has done all this whilst I've suffered with shoulder, lower back, hamstring and knee issues over the years and adapts sessions accordingly, building strength were required. I no longer suffer with lower back pain and hamstrings are looser. Adam is a stickler for technique and has drilled this into me to the point were I am happy training unsupervised in the knowledge that I won't injure myself. I’ve trained in Adam’s hiit classes for a couple of years and always found them excellent, well thought out, to the point where they develop / progress week to week, so you see personal progress.
When lockdown first happened, I started online PT with Adam, which kept me fit all through lockdown, and Adam set me an excellent personal fitness plan. I have to say in this period I was the fittest and strongest I have ever been, smashed my personal best 5k.
Since then I have progressed to one on one PT and Adam showed me how to start full body barbel workouts, to the point where I am comfortable now doing this by myself in my home gym. Adam gave me the tools to workout by myself. Which is what every good PT should do.
I recommend Adam for both his bootcamp / hiit style classes, and his one on one PT.

He has done this with meticulous attention to details, meaning that I feel the benefits and the progress is quantifiable. His training is the best thing I spend my money on.

Patience: Adam has always taken the time to create a tailored programme for me that I try my best to stick to, he is patient and flexible when the demands of life mean I miss the odd day on the programme, and he is always motivating and non-judgemental.

Knowledgeable: Adam is already an expert in his field, and I know that he undertakes continuing professional development to learn and update his skills to keep pace with new research and approaches.
Approachable: Adam is genuinely one of the nicest people I know, he is completely approachable and easy to talk to, no question is a daft question, and he takes a real interest in my progress.
Professional: Adam has always been professional but friendly at the same time.
Punctual: Adam is always organised and punctual and is always well-prepared and on-time for our sessions.
Passionate: Adam is passionate about seeing people progress towards their goals and is motivating in his approach.
