If you want to learn boxing skills then look no further. Tom has been a fantastic teacher over the last 2 years. Tom takes great care to teach the correct technique and form (unlike boxercise classes I had tried previously which I found only imitated boxing). Highly recommended classes!

Tom is a great coach. His boxing sessions are a great workout and fun. He will tailor it to your needs and really cares about making sure your technique is spot on. I have found it a great stress release doing these crazy times and being out in the fresh air also helps. I bring my dog with me too, she also highly rated Tom 😁

I very highly recommend Tom’s training program. I started out at 93kg and ended the on 63kg. Not only did I hit my weight loss goal, I also really enjoyed it and now have a love for a new sport (boxing!). Can’t recommend this training program enough

Amazing coaching. Really varied sessions. Lots of different approaches to workouts. Getting some excellent results really quickly and improving every week. I've been having weekly 1-1 sessions and they are really paying off.
