PT with Kerry is fun, challenging and rewarding.
With his in depth knowledge of the body and nutrition, he has created a personal programme that works for me and is really easy to follow.
He tailors work outs to suit my knee problem so I can still achieve amazing results. After every session I feel a lot stronger, more confident and can’t wait for the next session!
Kerry makes the whole process understandable so it doesn’t feel overwhelming so I definitely recommend him to anyone wanting a healthier lifestyle.

Kerry is a very professional trainer, he's punctual and extremely knowledgeable approachable and friendly. During my 10 week training plan we did regular weigh-ins and measurements and also I got regular nutrition advice. I started training with Kerry around a month ago. I was very nervous on my first session but there was no need to be. He put me at ease and talked me through everything. He is very patient but also knows how to push me without being too pushy! I now feel confident using the equipment which is a big thing for me as I've never used equipment in a gym before. The best pt around hands down!! He takes the time to design and tailor programmes to my specific needs whilst keeping them interesting and challenging. Having had a hip injury 9 years ago I lost my confidence and motivation to exercise. Training with Kerry has changed my life completely-it’s now a lifestyle I enjoy living, keeps me highly motivated and my nutrition has changed for the better whilst still enjoying treats. Kerry pushes me to limits I only dreamt of. He is results driven, focused, creative and extremely passionate in what he does. His motivation is my motivation to succeed in training. I'll give you an honest review! If you are dedicated to making real changes in your life, you have come to the right place! It's been a couple of weeks since I began my fitness journey with Kerry, and I can hardly think of anything but positive things to say about him. Every single session, he makes sure to check in with me not only how I feel physically, but also mentally. Since I've been working with him for more than 15 sessions, I've continued to learn more and more about the gym and his techniques. He really drills in the skills and knowledge he has, which is very helpful for developing confidence in the gym. I should also mention that he is extremely compassionate as a human being, very approachable and supportive, hence why I have never experienced any problems with scheduling the sessions or moving some of them. Rather than treating you like just another client, he'll probably treat you like if you was his mate. It feels like I'm getting closer to achieving my personal goals each day, and I'm super happy with how I am feeling mentally, how we are progressing, and how we are growing together. I could've done it without Kerry, and when I say this I truly mean it, and this is coming from a person who was very active since young age, and even worked in a fitness environment at one point, but after some time spent with Kerry I've realised that it doesn't have to be that you're experiencing physical obstacles, some of them were internal, and he has definitely helped me get rid of those. When I first started with Kerry three years ago it was my first experience with a PT and I wasn’t sure what to expect or if I would need it. Three years on and I wouldn’t be without it now, my body’s in the best shape it’s ever been in and I thoroughly enjoy each session. Keep up the good work Kerry 😉.
