Graham has been amazing with my workouts, I was hesitant as first as I was recovering from an injury and was unsure if this would be adaptable for the exercises. But Graham always found a way and helped me improve the strength back into my hip, if there is an exercise I can’t do there will always be an alternative ready for me. He is on the ball in case you are unsure of anything and has built an amazing programme. This year I was able to climb Ben Nevis and feel the difference in my training! Couldn’t recommend him enough!!

I’ve trained with Graham regularly for a couple of years both at the gym and in recent times online. I’ve really enjoyed every session - well chosen exercises, balanced and varied programmes, challenging but (just!) achievable targets. Over years and years of weightlifting I’d never particularly enjoyed “leg day” or seen much progress till Graham turned round how I approached my routine. Graham’s coaching on form and adjustments I can make so that exercises work better for me have made a big difference to what I get out of my workouts and to recovery. I’m very grateful for all the support I’ve had from Graham and would highly recommend Graham to anyone looking to enhance their training.

I trained with Graham from October 2019 to April 2020, including when he was living abroad. He really helped me get into weightlifting, and was hugely supportive despite my never having lifted weights and being somewhat intimidated by the weightlifting area. At the same time he fully understood and supported my training goals, and his focus on form and technique was essential to prevent injury and imbalances! Graham is super professional and knowledgeable, really approachable and friendly to work with, and really keeps his clients’ goals front and centre as he works with them. Graham is very professional and always happy to help with any questions that i have had over the past few months.
