I’m usually quite skeptical about PTs in general, but I can’t fault this man.
Undoubtedly experienced, knowledgeable and reliable; Christian understands you/your body’s requirements and tailors workouts accordingly.
Always aiming for sustainability, programs are updated to ensure continuous progress.
Not only is Chris great with nutritional advice but he also strives for good mobility and incorporates mobility training into workouts where necessary.
Regardless of the level you’re at or what your goals are, if you’re considering a personal trainer, I can confidently say “Chris is your man!” and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Christian is a brilliant, committed and incredibly knowledgeable PT. He’s not a run of the mill trainer, he has years of experience to share with you to optimise performance. He got me into Olympic weightlifting which I love, and helped me to be the strongest I’ve ever been. He also provides programming which he regularly updates to fit with your lifestyle and goals. Personalised and detailed approach to Personal training. Christian takes it a level deeper with his clients to help achieve goals way beyond a superficial aesthetic basis. Personally, he's helped me improve my balance greatly (which wasn't something I focused on) which has in turn lead to better lifting and better training all round.
Christians plans are simple and easy to follow with regular feedback and tweaks when required. Training with Christian is more efficient by training Smarter not harder! Massively recommended

Christian has an exceptional talent in assessing muscle integration post injury and in developing a workout plan to improve unilateral weaknesses. I saw him 8 months post my knee fracture when i started developing hip pain. He spent about 90 minutes on assessment and isolating every muscle movement to pinpoint the problematic areas. Later that week, he sent me a full workout plan which I followed for about 6 months. I now believe it was the best investment i’ve ever made. I’ve never experienced any pain related to my injury since then. I also very much appreciate the fact that he was training me from day one to be independent, explaining everything he is doing and the reason behind it. I now enjoy working out on my own, knowing that i am doing it safely. I highly recommend Christian’s PT services 👍🏼

Really nice guy who genuinely cares for your well-being and results.
Before I trained with Chris, I trained with a few other trainers who I liked. Chris was unique because he was helping to improve not only my strength and aesthetics ( which I wanted) but also my mobility which made me feel great.
Small pains I got used to living with disappeared and overall I felt better and slept amazingly. Honestly it felt like I had a new body after a few weeks.
I train with chris whenever I go back but sadly moved cities so train alone now

I’ve been working with Christian now for about 4 months focusing on developing better oly lifting form to assist with competitive CrossFit. He is attentive, extremely knowledgeable and really fun to work with as he breaks down highly complex movements into their simple constituent parts and then we drill them to improve. Already in the limited time working together I have achieved several significant PBs across all lifts and can’t wait to continue pushing-on in the next year. Great coach, cannot recommend enough!
