Tuomas is an amazing trainer, has been working with me for just over two years and has really help to increase my fitness especially my strength. He really cares and is been encouraging on my fitness journey, extremely helpfully when providing nutritional information to fit my many allergies and dislikes as he really knows his stuff. Also had helped me to decrease my weight and help me to improve the way I training, I would really recommend him.

Tuomas was great, he listened to my needs and tailored my training to suit my running training aswell and I've learnt so much more about various exercises, technique, tempos and rest periods in strength training.

I have been training with Tuomas on and off for around 2 years, and he is worth every single penny. Tuomas is patient but also determined to push you to get the most from you.
The training sessions themselves are engaging, energising and they really push you. But the out of session support is also fantastic. Tuomas will help with diet plans, help you when your motivation is waining and is supportive when you've got a few things on.
As well as the training sessions, lifting weights, I have also been taught the mechanics of weight lifting. As in, how and why moves work (eg, RDLs) and how to lift safely.
I would 100% recommend Thomas as a PT to anyone.

Tuomas has been incredible as a personal trainer during a really unusual circumstance (COVID 19 has meant our sessions take place over Zoom)
His knowledge and ability to both interpret what’s happening during every exercise is superb and rates highly against other PTs I’ve used.
I was most impressed by his ability to add variations to any exercise to make it easier (rarely) or more difficult (most of the time). Over the past few months he’s also helped me look differently as random household objects as things that could be used as gym equipment. This has included children’s toys and scaffolding and has been particularly useful whilst gyms are closed
