in the past couple of months i have seen an enormous change not just physically but mentally too. Greg has helped me every step of the way, providing amazing support on the good and the bad days. the sessions are very well done, a lot of variety in the exercises and great for all levels of experience with weights and suitable for all levels of fitness. The progression with the exercises was effortless and i can now do the exercises that i struggled with in the first couple of weeks effortlessly now. Greg pushes me to the maximum every session and always motivated me to do one more rep.
